As background the RSPCA wouldn't consider helping until he had been stuck for at least 24 hours and fire brigade won't provide ladders without a formal request from RSPCA... so AKL came to the rescue. Andy took my emergency call and came straight to the site, he and Mason managed to reach Theo and bring him down safely. On top of that... they refused to take any payment for their time or help.
