As for the cleaning itself, it was absolutely terrible. My agency ended up charging me again because the cleaning was not up to standard; they did not believe the house had been professionally cleaned. I even paid extra for carpet cleaning, but that too was below average. If you want to save your hard-earned money, I strongly recommend staying away from them.

We had to spend an hour after he left going over the flat with surface wipes - picking up visible dirt and dust that had been missed. We did not get our full deposit back and were charged an additional £100 for cleaning by our landlord who wasn't happy with the condition of the property. They may be cheaper than other companies but they are cheaper for a reason and ultimately we haven't saved any money with the additional cleaning costs we've incurred.
