Yes, I did buy a steak that we cooked up and ate for lunch while playing backgammon. But what if I need something stronger? Yes they do have a great selection of beer and wine. Oh, nothing more adult? Hold on. There is a small but pretty awesome liquor selection as well. We may have bought a little much but aye, aye, aye, I'm on vacation because I love my occupation. I was amazed at how well this store was stocked and not with just junk food. The only thing we couldn't find was an air mattress. Not a worry, the store across the street did. We will definitely be back when we're in town.

I was SO impressed by how large and clean it was. There were 4 stalls in the women's room, changing stations in both bathrooms, and they were SUPER clean! Looked and smelled freshly cleaned both times I stopped. They also have a huge stock inside. Every kind of snack and beverage is present! They also have things like phone chargers, stuffed animals, games, and other items. It's about 3-4x bigger than a standard gas station and is very clean and well organized. I am excited to get to stop here again, it is SUCH a good spot to use the restroom and pick up some snacks. Plus the gas prices were pretty reasonable!

Absolutely Unacceptable Behavior - Avoid This Chevron at All Costs…read more On my way home to Portland, I made a quick stop at this Chevron station intending to grab an energy drink. What I encountered instead was an astonishing display of unprofessionalism and outright hostility. When I arrived, the employee was sitting inside the store glued to his phone. One of the entrances had been inexplicably closed off early, and when I mistakenly tried the door before seeing the sign, I was met with an aggressive bark: "Go around!" Not a polite request -- an order, issued with zero customer courtesy. So I went around to the open side -- still before the posted closing time -- only to find the same employee physically blocking the door. Instead of simply letting me in, he asked, "What do you want?" I replied, "Just an energy drink," and he snapped, "Fine. Hurry up." That was the final straw. At that point, I made a clear and conscious decision not to support this business. No customer deserves to be spoken to like that. I told the employee directly that I would not give them my money and walked away. What happened next was beyond unprofessional -- it was flat-out hostile. As I left, the employee walked to the back window and flipped me off. A grown adult, working a public-facing job, giving customers the middle finger for daring to expect basic respect. Chevron, this is a major reputational problem. I strongly encourage management and ownership to review security footage from that night. I will also be making every effort to contact the owner directly. This level of behavior should never be tolerated from anyone representing your brand. This location does not deserve your business until serious corrective action is taken. Please see the attached photo of the employee.
