They don't return calls, lie and say they never got your answering service message and they just flat out don't care about anything it seems. When I've called there before I can barely hear because there are at least 3 other loud conversations going on in the background. The oral surgeon Dr. Murphy is a disaster and doesn't seem to know what he's doing (time to retire I'm thinking) they had my daughter in unnecessary pain for days after her 4 wisdom teeth were removed and dr. Murphy told her he was Gona take her sutures out and my daughter had to tell this doctor with a degree that she didn't have any sutures. His response was, "Even Better!" We are getting her a new dentist immediately. I can't believe how much this place has gone into the toilet but rumor has it that it was sold but the original dentist such as Dr. Schulman and Dr. Meister still work there. She's outta there. It has become Completely incompetent and a joke there.

I recently had to go to the emergency room because it became infected and the pain was unbearable!!!. I went to the emergency room on a Sunday evening for pain management and they said I needed to get to a dentist asap to get this issue taken care of asap. After calling a bunch of dentists offices I had came across elite dental and they got me in the very next day with no hesitation!!!I was in and out less than 30 minutes and I had nothing but a wonderful experience with both the dentist assistant and the dr himself , front end staff was very pleasant too. I'm Excited to say this will always be my first choice for a dentist office and happy to finally find a dentist office that I can say I won't ever hesitate to go back and get my regular checkups.. very happy customer!!! 5 stars all the way"

For myself I got a few cavities filled, the next day I was flossing and a piece of my tooth broke off! I knew they would try do the same to me so I am looking for a new office. I have never had issues with my teeth like that and just the fact that this has happened to both of us within the same week is concerning. Please beware. I will be going to a new dental office and filing complaints. I'm sure there are many more issues not being heard. They should not be able to continue with this type of malpractice.
