Kass was our sales rep who treated us fairly and kindly. After our deal was firmed up, the service after the sale continued. I can't speak highly enough about the experience we had with the dealership: and we all know how painfully unpleasant it can be to shop and buy an automobile. And BTW, any dealership that has free popcorn in the lobby is definitely worth dealing with.

I was then told the vehicle could only be purchased for about $36,600 if I financed through the dealership, even though all information was already provided and correct. This was especially frustrating because I already had bank approval for financing and had arranged for someone to take time off work to help me complete the purchase before the pricing changed. Refusing to honor a written quote under these circumstances felt misleading and unprofessional. Only one employee admitted that the tax calculation for my state had been their mistake, which was a relief. However, the next person I spoke with didn't seem to care and continued giving conflicting information. At one point, I was told taxes were "my responsibility," despite being quoted out-the-door pricing. I also asked to speak with the general manager who supposedly approved the pricing, but was repeatedly told he was unavailable. During one conversation, a representative raised their voice, which was unprofessional. I was ready to purchase immediately if the quoted pricing had been honored. I would advise future customers to get a fully itemized out-the-door breakdown upfront and confirm all details before committing.

I took it back a second time (my misjudgment) for an oil change. I knew my back tire had a slow leak and had taken it to different tire businesses, but they couldn't find a hole. When I went back to get my car, they told me I needed 2 new back tires. I left from there to run errands, and I could watch my tire pressure go from 34 psi to 16 at a stop light. I pulled into a parking lot about a block away. By the time I got there, it was down to 5 psi and totally flat. Pretty suspicious. I will never take my car back there.

This was completely different from everywhere I have shopped before. Usually in the past its been a big hassle to get the final numbers, and I typically have to wait to speak with a finance person before I can be told what a warranty option looks like. I highly recommend stopping here when shopping for a car. Certainly glad I did.

I'm out of state, up north in the rust belt, and after my last rotted out truck I decided I would get one from a climate that is nicer to truck frames. So I found this truck and looked at all the pictures and had a sales person take a few of the undercarriage and everything looked good. I asked about any issues with the truck and they said everything was good minus a few chips and dents in the paint. Truck was 13,900 and at closing they tried to sneak in some insane 2 year limited warranty for $2,500. Never asked me about it, never explained what it was. Thankfully I caught it and told her to take it off, I don't need some bs "limited" warranty that costs 20% of the value of the truck. Agreed to the new final price, with shipping and then one I had signed and paid I spent over a week just hounding them for some kind of update as to when it would be shipped and who was shipping it. The price they quoted me for shipping was through a legit carrier whom I contacted and they did not go through them. They never told me who actually shipped my car or showed any kind of receipt or bill. My truck just showed up on a Sunday when I wasn't even home. Never heard from anyone. Truck has a few things that weren't disclosed but the main issue is that they sprayed the entire underside of the truck with rubberized coating. Overspray on the fan and oil filter gave it away as well as every joint, boot, wire etc. that was in their way. Absolute awful unprofessional outfit.

Will answered all my questions and sent me videos and pictures of the car addressing all my concerns. He was a great help and very pleasant to work with. After driving the car home for over 200 miles, the ride was very smooth and nice. Everyone in the office were also very nice and helpful. I will definitely come to JT Auto Group when I need another car. Also, they gave me express service and the title and plates came yesterday. I was really surprised and happy.

We can "come back to redo the deal or buy a different car to get a warranty". After having to become forceful with them, that problem was resolved. B). They said they would SEND THE LICENSE PLATE to us and gave us a temporary tag. As expiration got close, we called. JT Auto Group "Oh yeah! It's here. Did you want us to send it?" They said they would overnight it. Next day- NO LICENSE PLATE We call again. They said they would overnight it. Next day-NO LICENSE This has gone on for over a week now, with still no plate, the temporary tag has been expired for 5 days. WE CANNOT DRIVE THE CAR WE BOUGHT FROM JT AUTO GROUP WITHOUT BREAKING THE LAW. They are inept, incredibly unprofessional, and run by morons who do not know how to do their jobs.
