It's 3 floors, with a sitting room, dining room, and kitchen on the first floor. A hangout room on the 2nd floor and bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There was an issue with the room we originally booked, and Candace upgraded our room for us.l before we even arrived. Our new room was great. It had two parts to it, a king-size bed, futon, and a beautiful bathroom. Candace and the Inn were also accommodating , as we booked on a third party site not realizing kids under 8 were not allowed and they allowed us to bring our 1 year old (he loved the place, too, btw). The bed portion of our bed and breakfast experience was wonderful. The con would have to be the breakfast part. So, first, we should have read their website before booking, as it does state that they serve continental breakfast during the week, and we stayed on a Monday night. As disappointed as we were, that's on us. However, what we were served wasn't even that, in my opinion. There were muffins, some grab and go granola bars, oatmeal packets, and some fruit (apples and tangerines). We were pretty disappointed in the spread. The breakfast options also stayed out all day and also played the roll of the snacks they offered. So when we arrived, the blueberry muffins and granola bars were out in the kitchen to take. We were offered the same thing for breakfast the next morning. Another reviewer stated that this felt more like an AirBnB, and I agree. I think one of the special aspects of a bed and breakfast is not only the charming atmosphere (check, they got that right) but receiving a nice breakfast in the morning. I get weekdays can be slow, so I can forgive a continental breakfast, but there should at least be some yogurt or toast or bagels or something. So, we will settle on 3 stars. The bed portion was a 4/5 star experience, but the breakfast was a 1.

Some have been less than desirable but I was able to make it work. However, I must say that this was the most disgusting experience I have ever had! First, the location was not the cleanest and did not look as welcoming as the advertised pictures. The exterior of the building was not well maintained. The pool was not operational nor was the fitness center. The elevator was not working so I had to lug my bags upstairs to the second floor. The stairwell was sticky and I was hesitant to touch the rails. There was no air conditioning in the hallway...in August! Then, the key cards did not work. Had to call the front desk to come and open the door with the master key for the entire weekend! The hotel guests seemed like they are experiencing hard times. I was a bit concerned for my safety especially since the side doors remained unlocked all night. You never knew who night be roaming the halls. Next, let's talk about the room. It appeared clean enough all things considered. However, there were missing pillowcases, the sleeper sofa was sunken, and there was a dip in the middle of the king-sized bed. Definitely not luxurious by any means. Plus, there were no towels and the front desk staff acted like they were being imposed upon to provide them. SMH! The kicker happened Saturday night. I was lying in bed watching TV and heard all this rustling. I thought perhaps it was the air conditioning rustling the plastic bags sitting on the coffee table. NOPE! It was a MOUSE digging in the plastic garbage bag I had left on the floor after I had eaten because there was no garbage can in the room. OMG! I called the front desk several times while the mouse dug around in the bag quite contentedly. When the hotel staff eventually arrived, they said "We had been doing so well [with the mice]!" And, of course, by that time, the mouse was nowhere to be seen. They said they would see what they could do and sent maintenance who said they could put out traps. I was like NO! I am not staying in a room with mouse traps. I packed up my stuff and was prepared to sleep in my car if needed. "Fortunately" they were able to put me in another room for the night. I could not wait to get out of that place! BOTTOM-LINE - It's a hard NO for me! The rooms cost too much to have to put up with these conditions. Your money would be better spent at another establishment!

Plus I was woken up at 1 am by chewing. Theres mice in our room! I took video but it only lets me upload photos! Do not stay here. Seriously ... pay more and don't sleep with mice.

I wasn't expecting a high standard at all but this was completely unacceptable. We decided to book the room with a soaking tub. The first room, the keycard wouldn't work. The gentleman at the front desk programmed it 2 more times & tried the door himself & it wouldn't work. Then he gave us another room. It looked like the room had been broken into a few times because the door frame was damaged, the bolt that you lock from the inside was broken & you had to almost kick the door to get it closed properly!! While we were putting our stuff down, the front desk worker came into our room & said he needed my drivers license again. I thought that was odd, he brought it back a few minutes later. I walked into the bathroom & there weren't any towels! Not 1 towel! No toiletries, no hair dryer, no tissues, nothing! There wasn't even an extra roll of toilet paper & the roll wasn't even half full. The hot water nozzle on the bathtub was broken. There was mold inside the jets & underneath the jets. There wasn't any type of signage for the whirlpool jets. We pushed the knob in but nothing happened. Come to find out, you have to turn the knob on the wall in the bathroom to work the whirlpool tub in the other room. The cabinet where the refrigerator goes was empty, the microwave was so old it was full of rust! There wasn't a smoke detector installed & the sprinkler head was full of rust. That was scary! There was mold on the grout under the sink. The tv had a ton of stations but the majority of them were "frozen" on the last show that worked. We only found a handful of stations that actually worked. The top of the toilet was broken & the first time we flushed it, part of the top that was broken started to fall! There wasn't a blanket in the room & when we asked at the front desk, we were told they didn't have any blankets!!!! I mean, are you serious?? This is a hotel, right? The only thing on the bed is a thin white sheet & a very thin colorful thing on top for decoration. It's almost as thin as the sheet itself. When we walked from the tub to the bathroom, the tile got a little wet so we used a towel to wipe it up. It turned the towel brown! That's how dirty the floor was! I'm not a picky person & I wasn't expecting the Hyatt but this place is dirty, neglected & unsafe! I don't understand how they have a license to operate with no working smoke detectors in their rooms!

I'm no it wasn't and I should have walked right out and let my credit card company handle the refund. I actually went there with a friend, but he was working for another hour and I didn't even check in till 7 pm! I booked through priceline, but found out shortly before going it actually went thru a sister site (booking.com) my confirmation showed nothing was due (because I thought I had a stay now pay later plan). UGG no the front desk guy said. So since it was really to late to argue about cancelling I just put my credit card through. 101 dollars! I actually stayed at a Radisson hotel 4 days before for less than that! First they were going to give me a second floor room (no elevator!) Then oh do you want the first floor? Ok whatever. Upon entering the room was worse than last time. Nothing was updated! And after 10 minutes I noticed there was no smoke detector in the room! I walk back to the desk and said either switch my rooms or get me a smoke detector. It took 45 minutes for a guy to come back with it. Really? Low beds, low toilet, beat up furniture. You can get better stuff in the dumpster. No wifi and I had business to do on my computer. I put in exactly what was on my key card holder. Motel6123 no luck. I didn't feel like going back up so I used my own wifi. And the TV had good channels but as soon as my friend came he wanted to sleep. The water for the shower was hot though. Only coffee in the morning. I got a full breakfast at the Radisson for free! Again less at a 3.5 star hotel and over $100 for this place? Which I will get a refund. I did say something to the clerk in the morning. I wish I checked it out before booking!

Parking was limited but because the event was at night we used parking from adjacent building. They did have food available. We weren't sure what to expect so we brought our own. The prices were very reasonable and the staff were lovely. Thr next time I'm at this venue I'd order off their menu that I included in my photos.
