Suffice it to say, I was charged for an incorrect diagnosis, an unnecessary part, and labor that did not resolve the problem. With Wolf ovens, costs are high, so this was a frustrating and expensive lesson. After a series of cancellations and a runaround about their availability, I decided not to invite them back. That's when I turned to Akrit. I emailed them on a Sunday and received a call Monday morning. The technician was at my house within an hour and a half.
