She had an issue with our washer/dryer and didn't know how to fix it. I knew she had to get a handyman out there to fix it but she was really nervous to hire someone so I offered to help do research and find someone.   I called around to a few handyman places and after one call with the approachable appliances, I knew this was the place I had to go with.
