Does this building have its age? Yes. Does it take away from the overall experience? Not for me. I…read moreagree with others here that it is nice to have a venue like this outside the city that still has a lot of top acts and shows to see. I have attended many different events here throughout my life. Chicago Wolves games, Walking With Dinosaurs, Monster Jam, Trans-Siberian Orchestra and WWE Smackdown. I do agree that the place could use some upgrades, but it still gets the job done. Concessions are bit overpriced, but not the worst quality in my opinion. The dogs and pizzas are good, and the cotton candy can't be missed. Popcorn is okay. The staff are usually nice, but the ushers can sometimes be a 50/50 shot between super sweet and a grump. Lots of good memories here, and hoping for more soon.

It was Connie's Pizza and the slice was lukewarm So bad that the cheese hardened and cracked across the middle. $10.00 a slice !!! Next time I'll just wait and go to Connie's in Chinatown, where it's Hot and Fresh The girl ( section 112 - 114 ) gave me the slice and looked at me , I gave her the look back and was like ok whatever. There were better slices available and I didn't want to be that person but now I'm understanding some of why people do what they do. Did you really have to give me The F Up slice ? You have your reason and now your getting this review. Buddy at the register had to be reminded about my water. These people don't want to work and hate their jobs ( ^ x ^ )

Minor complaint: Driving through parking area has two way traffic lanes that feel a bit tight at each end. Drive carefully. Major complaint: Payment kiosks are right outside the elevators and completely exposed to the cold Chicago winters. Ridiculous set up and should be an enclosed area. Also will cause congestion around the elevators when people are waiting. Only 1 of 4 elevators are currently running. For $191 million this design doesn't work well.

We left it at 2:00 AM and after a 1 hr drive back home, turned around when we realized we left the laptop and bag. Arrived back at lot at 4:00 AM, parking space was still empty, and bag was gone including laptop. After 8 phone calls, 7 people, I was able to make a police report with Chicago Police. Seems anything related to the parking lot that is "lost" (or stolen) doesn't go through O'Hare Lost and Found, but rather, the police. So I made the report. I then make multiple other calls to ask if they can look at the cameras since I was sure where it was taken and being it was between 2:00AM and 4:00AM, I don't assume it was busy and would be difficult to find. However, I was told there are no cameras in that lot. We also had to remove a part on my door handle which took 10 mins (Key fab issue), and I was concerned it looked like we were breaking in my car. When that was happening, Security drove right by and we couldn't believe they didn't at least stop to ask why we were removing the handle as it clearly looked suspicious and we were using our phones for light. Remember, this was 2:00 AM. Then, the car alarm went off for at least 60-90 seconds. Again, no Security. Security did show up however when it was time to leave and the machine wasn't accepting the same card we used to enter to pay. We were told that it's often their machine so we gave them another card to use. I guess when it comes to payment, they will be sure to get their money. This is not a safe lot and I will never park there again. My fault for leaving my laptop. But this was a the first time in a long time that we chose to park here instead of one of the other third party lots. I will never do that again as I would have assumed, for not just issues with thefts, that I would be safe. I'm pretty sure if I would have been assaulted, no one would have been around either and no cameras for O'Hare Airport???? Unbelievable. BTW, in talking to a Chicago police officer, he laughed when I asked about whether or not there might be something on the cameras to show who may have taken my property. I'm not holding out any hope that the police have time to track down what happened to my property. In fact, I don't believe Chicago Police were even quite sure what was needed to file the report based on questions and follow up calls I received to complete their report. But who would have also thought that Lost and Found for O'Hare doesn't service this type of issue in the O'Hare parking lot. I guess they only handle it when it's within the inside of the airport ( I assume). I rarely write reviews, but this was one I feel others need to be aware of. Again, I get it it's my fault for leaving my laptop. But for safety reasons, why in the heck would a large airport like O'Hare not have cameras in the parking lots??????

OPV takes all the hassle, delays, frustration, etc. out of it. You just drive up, to the terminal, and step out of your car.... The valet person does all the rest. When returning, you text them where you'll be and 2 minutes later, my car was pulling up, bags were loaded by them, and away we went home. Saves time, saves hassle, saves frustration. Online booking is easy, and the drivers are very communicative and friendly. The process: book online, they reach out to you to confirm your details, you meet at their location about 10 minutes outside of O'hare, someone drops you off and helps unload your luggage, then they take your vehicle and park it in a secured lot. On the date of your arrival, they bring your vehicle, load your luggage, then have another driver take them back so all you have to do is drive home! All communication is done via text between driver and customer and is very timely. They are prepared for all travel issues, so no worries if your trip doesn't go smoothly. They got your back. If you are looking for a way to avoid self parking at the airport and all the fuss that can go with it, OPV is the way to go!
