I set up an appointment on a Thursday and cleared my calendar of work, which was extremely challenging, but it had to be done. When I arrived, I was super upset to find that I had no appointment in the system. But Lucas responded immediately, letting me now that he knew that I had been in multiple times in the past few weeks buying my computer and he found a way to get me in. I was incredibly grateful that he went above and beyond to help me, and he did it with a smile on his face. From the beginning he said " that whole area is Microsoft, it has nothing to do with us at Best Buy" as if he was taking zero responsibility for any of the products or prices I asked for a rain check for the sale price and he said "nah we don't do it" I asked for a comp product at the same price, he was not offering any type of situation. It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me. They were very communicative throughout the process. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and I was able to have them complete repairs the next day! They did a great job with the repair - it looks brand new and you can't tell that there was an accident in the first place! They charged $20 for the protector and application, which I thought was reasonable and worth it for me not to have to mess with putting it on myself.
