    Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Had the bulbs I needed in stock. I picked them up and they worked great.

He thought it best to send someone to my house to look at the layout, and we agreed we would do it Saturday subject to the person's schedule. He told me he would get back to me later that day. He didn't call, so I called on Thursday, and he said he wasn't sure if the guy who was going to come over was available, but he would get back to me shortly. Well, here it is, Monday, and I am still awaiting the call. Not used to this type of poor service. Perhaps he sensed that my price point was not high end enough for them, although I never mentioned a budget and was and am prepared to pay quite a bit to get a great system. With a friendly staff and rooms upon rooms of incredible audio equipment there's not much to dislike about Goodwin's. You will be greeted by one of their friendly, knowledgeable staff members and you can either state what you're looking for or they can give you professional insight to what products will suit your needs. Being experts in the business they know exactly how to treat a customer and you'll never find anyone being pushy about any of the products in Goodwin's. Once you've spoken with an employee you're either free to roam the available auditioning rooms and poke around, or they can set up different products for you to listen to. Unlike some other audio stores, the representatives at Goodwin's will get you what you want to listen to, and leave you be to take as long as you like listening to some of the finest audio products on the market. With products ranging from entry level to reference audio systems it's hard not to find a product that suits your needs, not to mention your budget. However after hearing some of what they have to offer it may be hard to go back to what you've got at home. The acoustic quality of their auditioning rooms mixed with top notch components allow for an experience that any audiophile will surely walk away from with a smile on their face.

I was told I should plan to leave the old and new computers for 3 days, just to be sure everything I wanted could get done. I set up an appointment on a Thursday and cleared my calendar of work, which was extremely challenging, but it had to be done. When I arrived, I was super upset to find that I had no appointment in the system. But Lucas responded immediately, letting me now that he knew that I had been in multiple times in the past few weeks buying my computer and he found a way to get me in. I was incredibly grateful that he went above and beyond to help me, and he did it with a smile on his face. Once I have my old and new computers back, I'll write another review of the actual service that I receive. If Lucas has anything to do with it, I know the job will be done perfectly.

Asked to purchase that computer at that price. Was told "not in stock" so I asked to order it for shipping or pick up. I was told "can't do that" they don't make that computer any more??? But it's on display, with a big sales tag, on your shelves. I asked for a comp product at the sale price - they looked for 45 minutes had me waiting and waiting - MOD Mike came and offered me $50 off a $1200 15 inch laptop (trying to upsell me? Idk) but since when did their staff start haggling prices? Sounded fishy and I asked to speak to their manager - Cliff - and wow, I was met with a stiff rude attitude from the start of the interaction, despite my attempts to be courteous and kind. From the beginning he said " that whole area is Microsoft, it has nothing to do with us at Best Buy" as if he was taking zero responsibility for any of the products or prices I asked for a rain check for the sale price and he said "nah we don't do it" I asked for a comp product at the same price, he was not offering any type of situation. He wanted to keep me there for more and more time, after 60 minutes - clearly Cliff wasn't offering any help to me - nor any understanding or empathy - so I left empty handed. Going to buy from the Microsoft store directly. Best Buy - ugh this place should have gone out of business when blockbuster did.

The process was super easy; complete the form by selecting the repair option (more on that to come), what device you have, what is wrong with it, your contact information, and how you'd like to be contacted. The repair options are to either visit the store or a come-to-you service which is unique, convenient, and a great option that sets them apart from other companies. And the at your door service does not have any hidden or extra fees! They are very responsive and quick to get in touch once you submit the form. I reached out during business hours and got a response immediately! I really liked that they asked how to contact - via call, text, or email. I needed my iPad, 9th gen fixed. It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me. They were very communicative throughout the process. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and I was able to have them complete repairs the next day! They did a great job with the repair - it looks brand new and you can't tell that there was an accident in the first place! They also asked if I wanted to add a screen protector which I appreciated as I would prefer not to break my screen again. They charged $20 for the protector and application, which I thought was reasonable and worth it for me not to have to mess with putting it on myself. Since I had a case already, I did not need one but they sell cases and accessories too. I highly recommend checking out Fix 'N Repair if you are in Wakefield or surrounding towns. Again, it was super quick and easy, great service, and a job well done!!
