Buyer Beware: Flores Mobile RV (406 McKinley St, Snyder, TX)…read more I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. My friends paid this business $1,600 for an RV refrigerator replacement. The refrigerator that was installed arrived without the doors and side panels, did not work, and the technician showed up about two hours late. In my own experience, I scheduled an appointment with Flores Mobile RV, but they never showed up and stopped responding to my messages. Thankfully, I wasn't out any money. Afterward, I looked through other customer reviews and found multiple people reporting similar experiences, including paying for parts or repairs and then being unable to get any further response. If you're considering using this business, I strongly encourage you to read the reviews carefully and do your own research before paying any money upfront. If these issues are resolved, I'd be happy to update this post. Until then, I can't recommend this business based on what I've personally experienced and what my friends have gone through.

I hired JFerg for a new roof on my modest home in Austin after a hail storm 5 yrs ago. I was going…read morefrom a shingle roof to a metal roof. I was promised some things in the contract before the but found once the started. They were trying to pull back and charge me certain extras that we had agreed would be included in the price. None of the workers that showed up were local or English speaking. So communication was very difficult. I had issues after was installed, and it was very apparent at that time that this company really didn't know a whole lot about metal . I explained to them that water was not rolling off my back patio in the proper manner and was cupping underneath the ceiling of my covered patio creating water damage as time went on. They couldn't offer me an educated explanation as to why that was happening nor could they give me a decent remedy for fixing the problem. After a lot of wasted time. Coming down to Austin from Lubbock (their home base) after a hail storm should have been a red flag especially when they didn't have a local crew. My personal opinion is that maybe they grew too fast and lost the roots of the business which would be customer service as well as learning how to manage money. I'm not terribly surprised that unfortunately they're in the position. They are now. Good news is I found a wonderful local company. That is very educated in metal roofing. I had the six months ago and they have given 100% plus in customer service and meeting all of my needs... And the water is flowing perfect off the patio now. way to go Green Knight Metal Roofing

John did a great job explaining the details of what was going to be done. We were impressed by him because other bigger name local companies were just in and out and didn't seem to really give a damn if we chose their company or not. Armor did exactly what was expected and more John was able to increase our claim by pointing out some things that the insurance adjuster missed. Luckily our insurance USAA adjusted the claim and we were able to get out chimney completely redone and reinforced because the original contractor did poor craftsmanship. I was surprised the chimney didn't come crashing down during the strong winds we had a few months ago. We were so satisfied with the roof work that we decided to hire Armor to put up a brand new privacy fence with a beautiful stain at a more appealing price versus the big name local fence companies. Our experience with Armor was a positive experience and would recommend doing business with them. Our two little dogs Nikko and Bella were impressed by John as well for those dog parents looking for a roofing or construction project
