It turns out that they couldn't handle a 850 sq foot townhome move. They were extremely slow moving us and ended up leaving a significant amount of our stuff at our old home. Their truck wasn't tall enough for the items we told them about in our quote. I pointed out several expensive items we cared about and they seemed to ignore my concerns. Our expensive grill, washer and dryer, and Dutch ovens are damaged. They packed a bottle of olive oil with a spigot on its side and it spilled everywhere! The way they packed doesn't make any sense and is causing us to spend way more time sorting through what they did. They left our doors off hinges and left us in a bad state in our new place. In our last move, our usual company moved everything flawlessly and very quickly. They had to deal with a 4 story townhome with narrow halls and doors but they handled it with same crew size for half the price! The workers were friendly, but the overall operation was very disorganized and unprofessional. This crew also didn't seem to have their own water jug... I would not recommend this moving company. We deeply regret not using our usual company.

They called within the window, showed up on time and with the exception of smelling like sweat they were quite professional. The smell I can discount as they were very polite and summer is peak moving season. Our walnut furniture had to be moved around complicated stairs and they were quite helpful. During the move to a new house we found people online who were selling furniture that we wanted. We coordinated with the movers and they made two additional stops during the day and both of the homeowners commented about how quick and knowledgeable the movers were. We started around 4 PM having them move and I think we finished around 11:30 that night. Aside from the amount of time that it took to move which you don't realize how much stuff you accumulate we got them pizza because they were just so tired and we are happy to have them help. Again aside from a few small scratches on a piece of the woodwork that we have which I can buff out with some 300 grit sandpaper. Yeah these guys were heroes and I can't imagine trying to move on my own. I highly recommend this company, movers can be rude, crude, or abrupt but these guys were Superman

We needed a group to help move our furniture and some boxes across town. Warriors moving showed up…read morein one of our searches for movers so we went with it. They showed up early, worked quickly and professionally. They were able to carry even the heaviest thing carefully down some stairs. Also our bed frame was quickly and professionally disassembled to help move, and reassembled once unloaded and in place at the new apt. They estimated a time for me to reserve the moving elevator at new place and we were pretty much spot on to that estimate which shows me they are either experienced or lucky guessers. Our stuff was quickly and safely unloaded, each time they finished a load in the elevator, they locked up the truck and closed all doors for security and moved the stuff to my new apartment. Then unlocked everything again when they were back down getting things out of the truck. The unloading went pretty fast as well, about the same amount of time as loading took. Our things were roughly put into the correct new rooms even though our boxes were poorly labeled by us. Heavy things were set where I asked. A few pads at the bottom of legs on furniture were missing which I can easily replace with the mega pack I have. This is pretty much the only con we have as everything else was so quick and smooth. As well, they left behind unpacked drawers and all of my antique rugs, which they refused to move because they said they were dirty, which is possible since they're over 200 years old.
