Tawnee is incredibly well-organised and communicative, and really brought her positive energy not just to the planning and coordination process, but to the wedding day itself. Every family member/member of the wedding party found her calm and reassuring. She also really took our vision and budget to heart - we really appreciated having someone who truly felt like she was on our team. Our wedding day was a complete surprise for us, and Tawnee absolutely nailed it. We loved it, out guests loved it, and my husband is still saying (six months on) it was the best day ever. Like I said, we were also lucky enough to have DJ Luis the Beast on board! He is super friendly and professional, and remarkably self aware and adept at reading the crowd and adjusting appropriately. Admittedly, when we were first recommended Wonder from our coordinator and browsed the website, we thought "How can renting furniture be so expensive? I could buy IKEA furniture for this money" - but we were ultimately happy with our choice. The communication and ordering process was very straightforward - we modified our order several times as we learned about new furniture needs and Wonder was able to accomadate without issue. Everything was perfect - our guests really enjoyed the lounges and umbrellas on our hot/sunny wedding and the designs were just what we were looking for. Most importantly and amazingly, when we arrived at the venue everything was already magically setup perfectly. When we left the venue, Wonder handled all of the takedown. It was such a relief that we could focus on partying and celebrating and not worry about handling the furniture. So great!

This was an early birthday gift to myself, and honestly, nothing could have been more meaningful. Our group was led by the founder, Wendy, along with another amazing educator whose name I regretfully don't remember. Both were absolutely wonderful, you could feel how much they care for and understand each animal through the knowledge, enthusiasm, and respect they shared with us. The groups are small, maxing out at eight people, which makes the experience feel personal and intimate. Before the otter swim, we met about seven other animals, including a sloth, capybaras, fennec foxes, ring-tailed lemurs, and more. We were even able to feed, pet, and interact up close with many of them, which made the tour around the property both educational and heartwarming. And then of course, the highlight of the day: the Otter Swim. We got to spend time in the water with three playful otters, and I can now officially say I've petted an otter (flat hand, of course)! They had no concept of personal space, swimming all around us, climbing on our arms, and using us as launch pads back into the water. Watching them play and interact up close was beyond adorable. It was truly a 10/10 (or more like 1,000,000/10) experience, and I would--and hopefully will be back again someday.
