The woman I will not name was incompetent or the company is playing the Medicare system. Mom is 95 and bed bound in a hospital bed at home and they kept saying that were waiting for documentation that she still needed a wheelchair. Three separate doctors offices contacted them on top of the requested prescription over a period of 9 months. Then a short black guy with dreads comes with a thick stack of papers for her to sign, lucky I was there, I gave him a power bar and cold bottle of Poland springs and began to read the papers and he started getting upset and said just sign unless you dont want the chair. I said just let me read it, you dont sign papers without reading them and he began pacing, I asked about a few home care forms and others that had nothing to do with the wheelchair and he says "don't worry about it that's not for you" I said but you have an X here for her to sign, and he got mad and called someone and tried to give me his phone, I said tell whoever to call on our RECORDED line and speak to me and I walked inside the kitchen to get the cell phone and I came back to the door and he was gone and left the normal 3 page receipt on our doormat with a half eaten , smashed power bar and bottle of water. Unbelievable! and this all happened after I had emailed the co-owner for assistance in fulfilling the replacement for the chair they gave us in 2019 when mom came out the nursing home. Don't waste your time, they will give you a run around about forms and wording there are more efficient Medicare DME vendors. I will be using a different one for the rest of our needs that weren't addressed.

Dwight is patient and persistent, particularly with unusual issues. He enjoys discussing his trade and is good at explaining things one might not understand about the workings of a piece of mobility equipment. He is responsive and flexible with scheduling. He really loves what he does, and I'm always relieved when he stops by because it means my wheelchair problem will likely soon be solved, and I won't have to wait and see whether insurance and DME bureaucracy will decide to get me mobile again in a reasonable amount of time. I find everyone there kind and efficient. And I save hours of wait time. I used to use CVS or Duane Reade, and they were just the WORST. Nothing was ever easy. Greenfield may have a hiccup on timing every once in a while, but they are aces above the rest. I switched to them 6 years ago and never looked back. The longest thing you'll ever have to wait for is a COVID booster. Save that for a weekend. Highly recommend!
