They have a nice store, good selection of boots, hats, clothes, wallets, ect. But the staff were up our butt and wouldn't leave us alone to shop. Everytime we turned around somebody was right there asking us 100 questions. read more

All of the workers were super helpful and friendly. They helped up us picked out the perfect boots. This place is worth is & super clean.

I came in for the 30% off Chaco sale. Be warned it is on select classic styles only. I was not told the difference in the styles. I ended up making a return trip this morning to switch out sale sandals for a pair made for my foot type. $30 difference to the tune of $107 instead of $79 as advertised. Their saving grace was a sweet man named Wes and a lady who knew what type I needed. Her name was Victoria. If you go in, ask for one of them to save you time and expense of having to make a return trip. They know their shoes!!! My first salesperson could use a few lessons from them. I left happy after our second trip in. Thank you two! read more

Visited with my kids, sister in law and niece. My niece had Pam helping her with jeans and boots and I must say she was fantastic! Everyone that works there makes you feel welcomed. My son got a hat and the young man in the men's section (wish I knew his name) was very helpful too. He put the hat on my sons head backwards and brought a big grin to his little face. Great store. Don't mind spending the dough here with such great employees. Highly recommend stopping in! read more

Don't EVER get a Henna tattoo from this place!!! It is NOT Henna ink!!! They use regular black ink that will stain everything it comes in contact with within 2 days. Including the rest of the skin surrounding the tattoo. It bleeds and I have used everything under the sun including GASOLINE to try and get it off and i can't. They SUCK! And the fact they're doing this to people knowing this happens is very sad. I've tried calling them about it and their phone rings 4 times and goes to a mailbox that's too full to leave a message. Probably because there's so many messages from people bitching about whatever the fuck they use on their customer's skin. So sad! read more

Amazing selection of boots! Staff has a wealth of knowledge on each brand. Service on sizing and stretching is great.

Great selection of clothing, boots, hats, belts, etc. Prices are reasonable but parking sucks but I guess it's because the store is really good. read more

I'm a local and have been dealing with these folks for 40+ years. Never been disappointed. If you want the "real deal", stop here. Great people, boots and such, and customer service. Wes is the man for your hat needs. read more

Earl was fantastic. He showed us all varieties of exotic hide boots and was incredibly knowledgeable about the make of the boots. Highly recommend him and all the staff here! read more

Best western attire by far in the area. I live in Chattanooga and frequently drive to Pigeon Forge just to shop at Stages West. I've bought boots, shirts, jewelry, purses, cologne, wallets...you name it....they have it. The personnel are friendly and helpful. read more

This was my first visit to a Western boot store so I didn't know what to expect and I certainly didn't know anything about boot styles and what would suit my taste. I'm happy to say that the staff here is so friendly and helpful. They know everything about their boots, even the history of the brands and how each boot is made. I spent A LOT of time trying on, changing my mind, asking for advice and the woman that helped me was ever so patient. The gentleman that helped my husband preoccupied my 5 year old son while I continued to go back and forth on my decision. The customer service was so amazining, in fact, we had NO IDEA that we were keeping them open 45 minutes past their closing time! We never felt rushed and we left the store with a sharp pair of Ariats for the hubby and a gorgeous pair of Lucchesses for me! Thank you to the staff that made this experience memorable! read more

Let me start off by saying this is by far the largest boot store I've ever seen with the largest selection I've ever seen. Whether your looking for Durango ariats or Anderson bean or lucchese boots they have a wide selection to fit anyone's need or budget. Staff was very friendly and the two guys were very knowledgeable (didn't catch they're name) the tall younger one would like pop in at the most awkward moment and hit me with facts from any boot I was looking at which I appreciated but was just kinda awkward. I just don't like being stalked by staff. But again, VERY knowledgeable. read more

Great customer service! Large selection! Had a wonderful experience and would recommend and return! Left with two pairs of boots!!!

We were in town for our summer vacation and stopped in to buy a hat. Wes helped my husband with everything and he was extremely knowledgeable about all the hats. He went above and beyond helping him find a hat, shape it for his head, explain how to care for it, and everything! I couldn't say enough wonderful positive things about this establishment. If you're in town, you definitely should stop in! read more

I never leave this store empty-handed! I love the modern clothing choices and I always have to try on at least a few pairs of boots...they just have soooo many cute ones. I also love that every time I walk in the store it looks different. There is always a new display and new products....not to mention the bathroom is THE COOLEST THING EVER. I know that sounds weird, but you have to see it to know what I am talking about. The sink looks like it is custom made, with spurs holding the soap containers and bejeweled adornments throughout. This place is definitely on my list of must-stops anytime I go to Pigeon Forge! read more

Excellent shopping experience! Had a great time shopping here and will definitely return. I'd recommend this store to anyone looking for western apparel. I found a great pair of Ariat boots with the help of Cindy and my wife was able to find a very comfortable pair of Corral's. I went in looking for a new hat and got a great Stetson. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. read more

The people were knowledgeable and friendly. It was pricey but my wife loves the boots she bought so that worth a lot. They even special ordered some shipped home for her. We also bought matching shirts. read more

They have a great selection. They are fairly priced. I only give 3 stars because I hated the fact that the employees follow you around like you're at a car lot. While shopping for boots, I dont need someone over my shoulder the whole time. I was even "handed off" to another employee when the lady who originally started following me went on break. I do appreciate help when needed, and if I need help I will ask. This happens every time I've ever been in there. It makes shopping much less enjoyable. I was trying to find wedding boots and my fiance and I couldnt turn around without the employee right on our heels. It wasnt just us, it was all customers that were boot shopping. After this happening everytime I've been there, I won't go back. read more

Store was pretty amazing and I don't like boots!!! A huge selection of boots and also clothing and jewelry. All staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The outside is a trick store is only 1 story of merchandise!!! read more

If you want a great selection of boots, all types of hats, clothing, belts, wallets, and western wear, this is the place. Best place in the area. The persons were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They even size your foot which is hard to find anymore. They have a boot repair shop onsite and can help fit any pair of boots to your size and width. If you want cowboy boots, go here. Very clean inside as well. read more

Went there to get a pair of boots and got incredible service. Patsy helped me and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She knew a lot about the boots and got me the ones that fit perfectly. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. read more

My all time favorite place to come when I am visiting pigeon forge. The amazing staff they had totally hooked me up with books and even helped me with stretching the calf part of my boots! Reasonable price for the quality of boots and awesome customer service !!! read more

This store is awesome! Stopped in there to check out some boots and got great help from workers. Great knowledge of boots and HUGE selection of boots. read more

Sold me 2 right foot boots. Went back in store with mix-matched boots and they found me the left foot. Went back out to car and realized I had 2 different sizes. Went back in and they searched & searched. Was never able to find the matching boot. Nice store but come on....get it together! read more

Absolutely amazing store. Once again, I don't remember the lady's name that we dealt with, but she helped my wife pick out THE PERFECT pair of boots. My wife has very expensive taste, but that didn't scare this lady. She sized and stretched countless boots, offered her opinion on colors and designs, and was so friendly. Walked out of there with a pair of boots that my wife is in love with AND that my wallet could handle. read more

Cindy was great, helped me find just the right boot and didn't push me into a pair I didn't like. Have great advice and insight on the fit of each boot I tried on and was VERY patient with my decision read more

Cool place. Lots of cool boots, belts, clothes. Definitely a little pricey but if you catch them on a buy one, get one half off sale-it's not as bad. Parking can be tricking since it's right off the strip. read more

Stages West is the best Western Store in Pigeon Forge area. They have a great selection of everything from Boots to Clothes in all sizes. The boots were organized by size which made it easy to shop and try on many different boots at one time. The customer service was very good. At one point my wife had 2 people actively helping her. The interaction of the staff was great amongst customers and themselves. We were first time shoppers for boots. They took the time to educate us on what a boot should feel like and not feel like. We visited several shops and didn't get the exemplary customer service that we did here. They even took time to stretch my wife's boots to they fit just right. They do match competitor pricing as long as it's the same boot. We saved $40 by doing that. I'd definitely go back to this store next time I am in the area. I'd even recommend buying from them online through Amazon. read more

I ordered a pair of Miss Me jeans via Amazon. It came from Stages. They didn't fit correctly so I returned them. When I called the customer service rep said it could take up to 30 days for a refund. It took one day from time of receipt of shipping them back. When I received the jeans they were packaged perfectly and legit. I am so impressed with the customer service and timely turn around I will be ordering direct from Stages even tho I live in Cali. read more

I was very impressed with the store- I got my first pair of cowboy boots there and they are fantastic quality! Everyone who works there is so willing to help, and they truly cared whether or not I walked out of the store with a great pair of boots. The high quality of the store's products stands out amongst other stores in the area. I will definitely be making a trip back there soon! read more

One of my favorite stores to go into & we come to the Smokey Mountains every year. They have an amazing selection on boots, & the whole store is just awesome. Reminds me of a saloon. read more

Went in today and fell in love. I have a SUPER wide feet (4EEEE) and can NEVER buy boots off the shelf. Until today. Also bought a hat. The top of the boot had trouble fitting my large calf and they are going to stretch. Awesome place with lots of hot men in boots, jeans and hats. YUM! read more

Buyer Beware! This store sells boots at full retail price and refuses to give refunds. My wife wanted me to return the boots I bought her but the store stated they only provide exchanges or store credit. There were no signs posted indicating this policy. I could not find other items I desired to purchase and am now stuck with a "worthless" store credit. Incidentally, I subsequently learned that the boot store down the parkway towards Gatlinburg sells three pair of boots for the price of one, and the boot store across the parkway from Stages West regularly sells the same name brand boots at a lower price than Stages West. read more

Cannot recommend more highly. Very friendly staff and 10K pairs of beautiful boots!! The staff doesn't work on commission and therefore isn't pushy -- they take the time to truly fit your foot, and even customize your boots with steaming / stretching. My husband and I stopped in here during our honeymoon in Gatlinburg, intending to buy 1 pair, and bought 3. Ask for Paul or Wes -- they are fantastic! read more

This store is amazing! I've never seen so many cowboy boots- I've purchased 2 pair and they are stylish and comfy! They carry really good quality traditional Western items, like boots, hats and belt buckles; but they also have the cutest new fashions! Their prices are really reasonable, and I always leave there with quite a few new dresses, tops or jeans. The best part is that the styles are on trend but very unique to the store- you can't find outfits like this anywhere else! Plus (and I'm actually writing this because I attended one last week), they have concerts there! Last year they put on a big addition and put in a stage. They call it Backstage at Stages West. Last week I saw Tyler Farr (country star) play there- it was such a cool venue to watch a concert. And of course I left with 2 new dresses- one was actually a duplicate of one I already got from there in a different color. Best boots, best clothes, amazingly helpful and friendly staff, and a totally fun shopping experience! read more

Two weeks ago I ordered a pair of Ariat boots for my son off of the website for his birthday. 1 week later the payment still had not cleared and I had not received an email confirmation for shipment. I checked the website for help, and according to their website, if the order is received before 1 (EST) that day the boots are ordered the same day. Shipments do not take more than 10 days and if there is a delay in shipment, you are notified. Well, I was NOT notified of any delay and I was over a week into making my order and my boots were STILL NOT shipped. I finally called last Friday to see if I could get some help, the woman I spoke to could not give me a tracking number, and blamed it all on Ariat (stating that they are such a big company that it takes a long time for shipment). I also have a pair of Ariat boots and they took 3 days to get to my door step. I was told I would have a tracking number by Monday. Monday afternoon had rolled around and I still hadn't heard anything. I finally called to cancel my order, and I told the woman that I wanted to make sure my card was not charged in anyway, after hearing this, she admitted to me she STILL hadn't taken my paperwork off of her desk to contact Ariat!! That same day I found another company to order the same boot (Ariat), they were very friendly and I received the tracking number the next day. I ordered the boots on Monday and they were on our doorstep two days later. read more
