We were immediately sat by the kind hostess who got myself and my fiancé a table with the best view on the patio. The food was so delicious, hands down the best food in the area, if not Western Montana. We had the bread basket, coconut shrimp for starters and were blown away. Then our main courses came out. I had the fettuccine and my fiancé had the salmon beurre blanc, not surprisingly, these were insanely delicious as well. The wine and cocktails were the cherry on top. The best thing about this place? It's fairly priced. You can eat like a King and it won't break the bank. Just be sure to tip your waiter and send compliments to the chef. We will absolutely be back and we honestly can't wait!

The complimentary bread with their balsamic dipping sauce is soo good. So good that you can drink it! Unfortunately, they do not sell bottles but it's something I'd pay for! Service was great although, Food took about 45 minutes after ordering. Thy had karaoke night so the bar was busy! I'm not a fan of mussels, but the little broth they were swimming in was also drinkable! Not all the shells were open, which was a bummer. I ordered the trout with huckleberry sauce and veggies. The fish was cooked medium and a little undercooked. The zucchini squash were just ok, and the baby Yukon potatoes were delicious. The ribeye was pretty good. It was ordered rare but came out medium rare. Still pretty good and a bit on the salty side even without sauce on top Calamari is no longer in the menu and that was the appetizer I was most looking forward to.

The fish tacos were delicious as well. The fry, acid in the slaw, fresh pico all went great together. Good food and service.

First off, this is a take out only place, but you will NOT be disappointed!…read more That said, we were staying at a place on the east side of Hwy 83 just east of Bear Track Pizza, and we saw the pizza sign and just had to pull off the highway. It was about 1 PM when we drove and found where they were actually located. Could not believe it actually existed. Talked with the owners, Bob and Ann Miller. since they didn't open until 3 and had a great conversation with them. Come 3 PM, we were calling in our order. Before the go on, let me say you need to read their Facebook page. They make all their own pizza dough, sauce, etc. We ordered a Combination pizza and a rack of ribs. I've not been a huge rib fan, but after having these, I want to know how they prepare these! The flavor is simply the best, and the meat is so tender falling off the bone. Smoked to perfection! The pizza was some of the best we've had and cooked in a wood fired pizza oven. Italian style at its best. Between the four of us, nothing was left over. You need to call in your order, and they accept credit card or cash. I love finding out of the way places ran by people With the love of cooking. Bear Track is in the most unusual spot but well worth a short drive off of Highway 83. The food was amazing and the owners are small business people well worth supporting.
