I cannot thank the staff at this AutoZone enough!! My husband and I were towed to this AutoZone…read morelocation after our car breaking down on the NJ Turnpike. Although it was 10PM, the staff literally stayed open till the last minute and help us find/install every part to fix our serpentine belt and other broken parts. They were so nice, helpful and even helped us with the repair EVEN WHEN IT WASN'T THEIR JOB! We made it home safely and it was all thanks to these guys! You are AWESOME, and I can't thank you enough!!

When it was relatively 'new' the employees were virtually nowhere to be seen or otherwise wasting time by talking to their friends or ignoring customers. There was even a time(years ago) when the store wasn't open 1/2 hour after it was supposed to open on a saturday, from the sign on the door. My last few visits that kind of behavior seems to be in check if not completely gone. Employees seemed to be more interested in helping me find things or getting me the parts I needed. My last visit I needed a brake line, and some fittings. For some reason not all the fittings were in the aisle. When I inquired about additional fittings one employee, a woman, said that's all there was. Making due with what was there or rather what wasn't I resolved myself to get what I could here and go to another location or a different company's store for the rest. So I asked about the brake line, located in their parts racks behind the counter and another employee couldn't find it or didn't realize they have it under two part numbers, and invited me to look for myself which is where I found the line I needed and the fittings the woman seemed not to know about. I think he allowed me entry back there because he was trying to help other customers but can't say for sure. I had researched part numbers online and didn't write them all down because they were vague about what would fit with what so I needed to see them and check for myself in the store. Now if autozone's site or the part maker were clearer on the part details I could've written them down and handed that over to someone to get them for me. But I don't hold much faith in that idea since the one guy couldn't see the same part number I gave him was back there but with an H in the middle of it before the / as the alternate part number and the woman didn't seem to know they even had other brake line fittings in the back. I'm more inclined to give this store a shot when I need parts as opposed to avoiding it like the plague as I had done for several years.
