Par for the course Steve came out and measured and had several great sample boards/books for us to look over and let us hang on to them to give us time to consider all the options. I also decided to replace carpet with flooring in my home office and he explained the options and we went with rubber-backed vinyl planks. Andy Stewart was waiting at the desk for customers and he helped us graciously in the store; on the phone when I had questions; and at our house when he came to measure and plan the installation. We had borrowed a couple sample books and were able to make our best choice. We were not buying expensive carpet, of which there are many possibilities. But we did want a good value and outcome for this room. We had a very good experience when homeowners sometimes get into big problems with this.
