Ray was my stylist who was friendly and a vet (plus). Good haircut with a straight-edged razor finish. This is a full and thorough "wet" beard service. Can't remember all of the treatement balms, conditioners, and creams but it was great. Warm towels to open up the pores and another straight-edge trim. A real treat. Customer service is horrible!! Went to my regularly scheduled appointment today, always having to schedule two appointments ahead. Found out my hair technician no longer works there. I had to stop doing mani/pedis there because the turnaround for techs was so bad. They couldn't keep an appointment. But I was never told until I went in for the appointment.
