Going to go with 2 stars as I didn't have time to eat. Upon entering, it is a very open space with very little decor. Honestly, it is boring looking inside. Bar is old, as are the tables and such. Floor looks pretty damn dirty to be honest. It smells musty like an old basement. Bartender was nice, but with it being as dead as it could be, I really couldn't tell if she was good at her job or not. Pregnant and talking about smoking weed, or eating edibles really isn't the best look. :) I would hope she is just talking and not doing that while pregnant. Simple double well vodka and lemonade was pricy at 10 bucks a drink. No where I go which are better locations charge that much. Will admit it was strong, but still. Maybe I would go back to try food, but maybe not as well. Decide for yourself. There are many other places around that are probably better. read more

Potato skins are decent - not great. Our kid liked the chicken fingers but only gets 3 of them for $12. The pizza is not good. The crust is very clearly pre-made and frozen with no flavor. Cheese is ok, and the toppings are good. The sauce is fine. We did curbside and it came out at 6 (when it was supposed to be done) and the girl gave it to us and said we were early so the rest wasn't ready. Then literally 1 minute later she brought out the rest. I don't think we'll be back. There's definitely better pizza out there. read more

Nice dive bar! Went for the Ice Breakers meet the team night to get my Iain Slam Duncan jets card signed. Real nice guy. I said thanks man I love hockey but I can't even skate. Really he sez, me neither. Had a nice career. Cute barmaid, cheap miller lites & no skunky beers. Ordered buffalo chicken salad after I saw a giant nice looking turkey salad come out. Big fresh full of veggies and nice grilled chicken. Bleu cheese dressing. Big ass salad I'd order it anytime. The food is good here. It's on Tyler next to the old petticoat junction. Tge food is decent when you can get it. This is our 2nd time here. The 1st time we left because they were "out of wings" on wing night. Today they ran out too. I ordered chili and a Stadium Salad. The chili isn't good. It's too watery and doesn't have any flavor. They sent the salad out without 1/2 the toppings because they were out. I think that if you caught them on a good day it would be OK. But we're tired of wasting our time. read more

My daughter and I stopped in for lunch today. Some of the reviews on here say it's a "dive bar" or a "hole in the wall" but I don't think it's either. I found the place to be very clean. Our server was also tending the bar and was very attentive and nice. We ordered a pizza called The Stadium Special which was a bbq base with pepperoni, sausage onion and jalapeño....sounds crazy but it was amazing. It's not horrible, but nothing special either. The napkin dispenser on the table was sticky with dried sauce and that always turns me off pretty quick. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our large group. The beer selection is seriously lacking for the type of establishment they're trying to be, which I'm guessing is sports bar. I tried the wine my girlfriend ordered and it was awful. There wasn't any vanilla flavor to my vanilla vodka and ginger ale, so I'm guessing there wasn't much in there. The fries were really good as was the pepperoni roll app. It was a tad greasy, but oozing with cheese and so delicious! The chicken fingers say they're homemade. They weren't bad, but not good. The chicken was a tiny bit over done and the breading didn't stay on so I ended up eating slightly dry chicken breast with fried breading on the side. There isn't really anything much healthy offered on the menu. The atmosphere is kinda divey which I dont mind if you give me something worth coming to, I just didn't experience that here. I would go back if I had a reason, but not by choice. I hope others have more impressive visits! read more

I had a one-night trip to Mentor and had zero idea where to eat. I try to find a locally-owned place, so the reviews in here led me to Stadium Grill. I was skeptical as I drove up, as it is in a shopping complex. If you are looking for frills, they have none. Basic decor. Jukebox. Dart board. What they had was simple, surprisingly good food. The menu is limited - apps, salads, sandwiches, burgers. They had daily specials which sounded great, but I went simple: Turkey wrap and fries. Both were actually GREAT - which is unexpected. Great tomatoes. Bacon was crispy and fresh. Fries were hot and seasoned but not overwhelmed. Server was a local who was fun and sweet. Drinks never got empty. read more

This place has definitely gone downhill. I walked in and seated myself to a fairly busy bar and only a few occupied tables. It took them ten minutes to acknowledge me once I sat down. The waitress/bartender brought out the overpriced $9 grilled cheese sandwich I ordered, and never came back to check on me. The owner was obviously more preoccupied with drinking at the bar with the customers, than he was with acting like an owner, since no one even bothered to bring me the check. My husband and I have gone here for every football game for two years. Their food is actually really good. All the staff are very nice and accommodating. Always have good beer and good times. Restrooms are clean as well as the rest of the bar. Sound system and tv's are excellent quality. The couches are super comfy, albeit a little old and warn. If I were to complain about anything, it would be there seems to be no more buffet for Browns games. read more

WOW that's all I can say about their Homewrecker Hotdog. They were out of the Rueben Burger so I decided on a loaded hotdog but overlooked the fact that this puppy (no pun intended) wa a ONE POUNDER!. I'm sure everyone was watching as they sat it down in front of me. OMgoodness. Sauerkraut, relish, cheese, chili, celery, onions and fresh cut fries. Great daily special . Only $8 for a Turkey Melt and Fries. Cook needs to learn what a "Melt" is. Seems mine was a decent sized serving of sliced Turkey with a slice of unmelted Swiss between two dry pieces of toast. Wasn't bad, but really expected to eat a "melt". Have eaten their food twice. The first time we dined in. I had a burger and fries, my son had garlic parm wings and my fiancé had a burger and an order of 6 thai chile wings. The food wasn't bad. Service was just okay. My burger was a little dry and I was thankful the waitress suggested I get a wing sauce to go with it. We usually taste each other's food, so I tried their wings. Didn't like the garlic parm wings, the Thai ones were okay, however swimming in bottled sauce. Fries were handcut and good. Second time eating here, we ordered our food to go. We live less than 10 minutes away. I ordered the ultimate nachos (appetizer) and a 5-piece Thai chile wings, fiancé ordered Kobe burger and fries and shark bite wings, son ordered garlic parm wings. I requested my nachos without olives, even stressing that and of course my nachos came with about 80 of them all over. The tortilla chips were over browned and some were burned on the edges. The ground beef was dry, flavorless and burned. The cheese sauce tasted like Cheese Whiz. It was simply unedible and it went into the garbage because no one liked it. The Thai wings again were drowning in sauce, one of my wings was burnt. I tried my fiancé's Kobe burger and it didn't taste any better than their regular hamburgers. The shark bite wings (spicy ranch) were bland and not very saucy compared to the Thai. Overall I don't think we will be eating there anytime soon and if we do try this place again, it would definitely NOT be takeout. read more

My friend & I went there to listen to a band play, The Stone Pony. Great live band, very very loud, but you kinda expect that with live music. We had the nachos appetizer...let me tell you, 4 people can easily share that, it was a standard chips with a nacho sauce, meat tasted liked the canned chili, jarred jalapeños. The Stadium Grill is a nice place to go for Great food at very reasonable prices & to have a good time, while not what you would call a sports bar per say (they don't have 50 TV's), they do have enough TV's (10or so) to follow whatever games are being played at the time or to stay up to date on the news or at least what passes for news today. Whether you just want to hang out with friends, meet some new people or play some games (Pool, Golden Tee or various games of chance), you'll find it here. Tony, the owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He doesn't just give orders to his staff, he helps make drinks, serves the food and is a people person so you will see him talking to the customers as he mingles or helps out. I attend this bar and no one was there. I ordered my jack Daniels burger with no onions. When the burger came to my table I stated to the waitress I said no onions she said I told them that and took the sandwich back. The server returned shortly and asked are you allergic to onions because we can just wipe off the onions, which were in the sauce and cheese melted together. She then took the sandwich back and wiped off the toppings and gave me a cold tasteless burger. I tried to eat it but was already disgusted with her thinking this was okay. Then when I got the bill it was $36 for 2 burgers and fries and 2 cokes. It was a $10 up charge for fries. Ridiculous. Never would recommend this bar to anyone. read more
