The poor tourists that go to this spot only because of its closeness to their hotel are being cheated out of the amazing experience that is Columbia Missouri food. If you have any other options to eat anywhere except here, please take the opportunity. The only plus side to eating here, and the sole reason they are deserving of two stars is the service, the waitresses are kind young college kids who obviously are not thrilled to be there. The salmon is the only food I'd heard good reviews about, but when I tasted it, it was rubbery with no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. The chicken tenders are one of the only eatable things on the menu, their fries are a bit worse than average, the hamburger is not worth anyone's money. You are in Columbia Missouri, quite literally purchase a burger from any other establishment and it will be better than this. The restaurant itself looks like Truman the tiger threw up on the interior, with an almost sports-bar design, with family restaurant staff, and microwave dinner food. The only people who enjoy eating here are geriatric dinosaurs whose tastebuds have all died 20 years ago. This was our first, and probably only, visit to Stadium Grill. We attended an indoor track meet at Mizzou. Stadium Grill is practically next door to the Hearnes Center. It was about 5pm and they didn't look too busy. We got right in and got seated. The restaurant is decorated with all things Mizzou . We were HUNGRY! Our server, Emma, was great! She is the reason I gave 3 stars. The food did not deserve 3 stars. I ordered their appetizer trio. Mozzarella sticks, boneless wings, and toasted Ravioli. My wife and I both ordered burgers and fries. Our entrees came out first . I wasn't too upset about that as I was just ready to eat something. After several minutes, Emma brought the appetizer out and was very apologetic. No big deal. The best part of my burger was the bacon. The beef patty was definitely of the frozen variety. The lettuce was a little suspect and the tomato slice was tiny. Driest burger ever. My wife had a similar experience with her burger. The fries came straight out of a bag from the freezer along with the mozzarella sticks, boneless wings and toasted Ravioli. Nobody's Italian grandma was hand making those ravioli. I know everything is expensive these days, but $50 for a meal from the freezer section is sad. On our way out, we stopped at the restrooms. I've seen worse, but this was the beginning of the dinner rush on a Friday and the men's room smelled and looked like it had already seen a rush. The high point of our visit was Emma. We come every weekend fir Mizzou football games! We love the food! We love the bar! We love the atmosphere! The bathrooms...ugh! There is a sewer odor just sitting at the bar, let alone when you walk into them. The women's bathroom needs a good renovation. Clean the dust on the stalls! Fix the latches so they work! Replace the toilet paper dispensers so they work. This won't keep us from coming but it will make the experience more pleasant! read more

Pretty impressed with this restaurant attached to the Hampton Inn. Normally these types are "meh" because they don't have to entice customers: they automatically get traffic from the hotel. That's not the case with this place. My family and I ate here as guests of the hotel and after driving for five hours. My husband and I both wanted adult beverages; the kids got their coveted root beer. My Bloody Mary was amazing and they also had local brews on tap. Bonus points. Came to check out this place after a doctors appointment and I was not impressed. We were seated right away and ordered drinks. The waitress came back and took our order and left. The food came out very fast which was impressive. We tried the fried pickle chips as an appetizer and we really enjoyed those. They were fresh and not oily. Our meals on the other hand were just ok. I got the buffalo chicken wrap and my bf got the level 5 spicy burger I believe. The burger was good, but it lacked seasoning which I guess all the Serrano pepper and the ghost sauce was meant to provide? My chicken wrap was good overall, just a basic wrap with lettuce, tomato, cheese and Serrano pepper as requested. I would recommend if you are really hungry as it is next to the hospital but if you don't mind driving, there are better places in Colombia. See for yourself read more

Service was polite and I could tell food was fresh prepped in the kitchen. Salad was crisp, pie was delicious...but the sandwich...was golden! From the picture you can see the portion size is huge! Which is great because it lets me know that the pork tenderloin patty was meat and breading and not processed meat with fillers. Perfectly seasoned and battered AND TENDER. I'm staying at the attached hotel and I ate here 2 nights in a row. First night I wasn't that hungry and ordered the fried ravioli, the ravioli wasn't very good. Definitely something off in the taste however the service was good and the beer cold. Second night, I went with my mom and had a terrible experience. She ordered the mozzarella sticks and I had the Cajun fettuccini. Definitely something off with the frier as my mom could only eat 1 and a half mozzarella sticks before calling it quits. My fettuccini was nothing but oil and grease, there was no sauce and the chicken was undercooked. The bartender/waiter could tell our dislike for the food and the next time he came to the table he brought the check folded in half and laid it on the table face down. Said "if there's something else I can get you instead, let me know" and then left. I thought this was his way of acknowledging there was something wrong with the food and they'd like to make it right. I was wrong, we were charged for both meals when we both ate less than a quarter of it. I'm not one looking for free food but I appreciate when a restaurant acknowledges their wrong doing and they did not. Additionally the first night the tall Coors light was $4 and the second night it was $4.50, both times were at about 8:00 PM so I don't know why there was a price difference. As many others have stated there are a lot better places all around Columbia and you'd be better off going somewhere else even if you have to drive. You'll be much happier over all. read more

This was my first time eating here but I've heard a lot of positive things from my coworkers who've dined here many times. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and directed to my table.
