If it wasn't for good vibes and music, I would have given this place a 2 out of 5. I am big on quality so to see that my water and my alcoholic beverage was served in disposable cups was certainly disappointing. We placed our order and was told after waiting for an entire hour that they ran out of eggs. At that point, we were still enjoying the ambience so we decided to wait. While still waiting on the bacon egg and cheese sliders, the brisket queso fries came out. I took a bite and to my dismay it was not even warm. It also looked like frozen fries and not very fresh. This prompted my boyfriend to tell the waitress he would not wait another minute for the sliders and to remove off our check. If you are looking for quality food please do not go here! read more

From the drinks to the food this place has went down hill. Drinks served in plastic solo cups that you would find at a house party. The food taste frozen. Maybe a year ago, this was the place to be. Just finished up having brunch at Stacy's on Kaliste Saloom and I if I had to describe their establishment in one word, I would describe them as laughable. We attended their "Barbie" themed brunch today. We waited of corse for our table being Barbie is such a trend at the moment, they were packed. Tables could not be kept clean, after or during a setting. Their Barbie themed music was as loud as it would be at a bar or club. Tables were not even furnished with salt or pepper, let alone silverware, when we sat. We were handed paper printed menus that have obviously been already used. It took our server several attempts to get the 2 cocktails and 1 of the 2 sweet teas we ordered; we gave up asking for the second one. Once the food was finally brought out, we had to ask for silverware. We ate and sat with stacked plates for at-least 10mins before the server returned so we could ask for a box and our two checks; in the mean time, plastic was found in one of our praline chicken and waffles.... He couldn't split the check correctly, I was charged for a drink another guest at my table had ordered. to top everything off, our little 4 top table was charged a %20 gratuity. we maybe spent $100 between the 4 of us. This place has excellent craft cocktails, friendly and skilled servers and good food. The atmosphere is fun and energetic but not loud. DO NOT COME HERE IN THE SUMMER. Either the air conditioning has been broken for two years or the staff lies about it being set at its lowest setting---and it is STIFLING in the summer. Very uncomfortable. Disgusting how they just leave trash everywhere on the ground. The food is decent, but definitely not fresh..... I would assume frozen. Staff allows customers to get wayyy too drunk..... as I watch people stumble out to their car and get in the drivers seat. People throwing up in the parking lot, I feel so bad for the other surrounding businesses who have to deal with a trashy parking lot with vomit everywhere, on a early Sunday afternoon might I say. The staff is friendly and it's intimate. The bar tender is green but she is willing to please. Great small plates. The crab cakes were a bit soggy and too a little while but full of flavor. They have wine. A great spot for after work and not noisy. I will come back again. Love it!!!! read more

I arrived at 10:22 Sunday morning. I know people recommend an early arrival. The greeter said it would be about a 2.5 hour wait and would I like to be added to the waitlist and receive a call once a table is available. She took my name & number after we agreed to wait. After sitting in the parking lot until 12:30, still no call, we walked back inside only to meet several excuses. We were finally seated by 1pm. Like what's the point of asking customers about a waitlist if you won't even call them. Our waitress, Sophie, and the great tasting food kinda made up for that horrible wait. read more

Food and drinks were fantastic but the service was terrible. Me and my girlfriends went there for brunch on a Sunday at 12:15pm and did not leave there until 2:45pm because of how long it took. We got a mimosa flight and 2 rounds of Chambongs. We also ordered eggs, bacon, grits, and the avocado toast. Everything was delicious! A waitress seated 3 of us and gave us about 13 different menus which was odd. The waitress gave us water but then took about 45 mins to take our order. I had to flag her down and she made it seem like she was waiting on us to order. Food took about 40 minutes to come out. When food finally came out there were no utensils with our food until a bartender brought us some 10 minutes later. Bill also took a long time. This place has so much potential but they need a manager or somebody in the restaurant to keep the wait staff up to speed. read more

I have been here a number of times. The food is pretty good, no question. The service is horrible. Last Sunday, October 13th, at 11:15, I took my parents who were visiting from out of town. We had a table of 5. It was 20 minutes waiting on a table, understandable, the place is small. We were seated outside and after 5 minutes a table was seated next to us. After 10 minutes a waitress arrived and gave us menus and asked for a drink order. She returned a few minutes later with waters for everyone. The table next to us had not been waited on yet. When the waitress delivered the waters (no drinks yet) she asked if we were ready to order. After taking orders for 3 people at our table she stopped and said she would be right back. Never came back. After 10 minutes longer the table net to us got up and left.(never had been brought menus or had anyone wait on them in 25 minutes). We waited about 5 more minutes and then we, too, all got up and left. We waited 20 minutes to sit, and just over 30 minutes for sh*tty service. I have had slow service here before, but this was definitely the WORST. Stacy needs to get a floor manager or get experienced people waiting tables. Everything is disorganized. read more

Advocado toast with a poached egg for me with some amazingly different grits. Excellant. Tasted the sweet potatoe pancakes which were nothing like you would expect by the name. I went in for brunch and had a horrible experience!!!! I am very patient and understanding because I have been in customer service and the serving industry. We waited an hour before someone came to take our order ... the waitress said it was supposed to be someone else's table but she ended up taking it for him ... ok fine ... ordered and waited an additional hour for our food all for my food to be cold. I did not eat not a fry ... I simply touched it and knew it was cold ... and told the waitress before she completely walked away.... She went to the back and when she came back I said it is ok just refund me because they were about to close... she came back to tell me I still had to pay for the food even though I didn't eat it and it was cold !!!!! She even called the police on me but ofc I did nothing wrong so they had to take the order off of my tab ... but they told me I couldn't come back AS IF I DID SOMETHING WRONG but I didn't plan on being back anyway !!! Most importantly, Stacy's has amazing food. That is completely undisputed. The tuna poke and crab cakes are amazing, in addition to everything on their brunch menu. The prices are also phenomenal. However, the service is consistently disappointing. You will not leave Stacy's in less than 2 hours. I'm not sure if it's a kitchen issue or a service issue, but often you will sit for 45 minutes before food is served. Additionally, it's not like the servers will make sure your drinks are consistently served during this long wait, either, because that is not the case. Often things seem chaotic and confused. There are often cases where certain foods are a short preparation time, yet it seemingly takes forever. It's a shame that this occurs and I hope it is remedied because the food at Stacy's is to die for! The service is just as important as the quality of the food. read more

We had Stacy's cater our wedding reception this past weekend and it was amazing! All of the food was delicious and everyone loved it! Stacy was so sweet and awesome to work with!
