While their site boasts no hidden fees, and they do have patients sign that they understand "it is impossible to physically know" what their final exam cost would be, one would assume the estimate given could be trusted when it is for a consultation. If you pay the intial price (plus fees that are also not disclosed initially), watch for additional charges to be assigned weeks later.

I couldn't open my right eye all the way for 8 weeks. My eye brows were lifted, looked like upside V's. Luckily my bangs covered my brows. Then Emily injected filler into my cheeks, well that was a disaster!!! My cheeks didn't match and were really lumpy!! My face was bruised for 19 days!! Sooo, if you want botox or fillers look elsewhere, NO REFUNDS!!!

I had laser lipo done on my neck in 2015 by Dr. Sabbagh. I waited an entire year for results from…read moremy surgery and there was still no difference. In fact, my neck looks lumpy and disfigured from the procedure. I contacted Dr. Sabbagh's office last spring about this and waited 2 months to get a response, but none ever came. I wrote Dr. Sabbagh a letter last June asking her to contact me to discuss options for correcting the unsuccessful procedure. After that I received a letter from Dr. Sabbagh in which she informed me that I had missed a 6-month follow-up appointment and that since I was "non-compliant with postoperative appointments", I had "irreparably compromised" our relationship. She refused to work with me any longer. I apologized to Dr. Sabbagh for missing an appointment and expressed that I did not recall ever making that appointment nor did I receive any reminder calls from Dr. Sabbagh's office. I also told her that I did not think her dismissing me as her patient was warranted given that I had (supposedly) only missed one appointment, an event which is not uncommon among patients. She never responded to me after this and would not supply me with my medical records after I requested them from her in writing (this is illegal in the state of Washington). It is my opinion that Dr. Sabbagh overreacted in an unprofessional manner to what she perceived as a criticism of her work. I do not think the surgery was unsuccessful due to my missing a single postoperative appointment a full six months after the procedure. However, if the 6-month appointment was essential to my recovery, as she claims, then she declined to provide treatment before it was medically reasonable to do so. Her abandonment has caused me the cost of additional treatments, the loss of time in having to find another surgeon on my own, and the social embarrassment of a physical defect that became worse, not better, as a result of the surgery she performed. I believe her behavior has been exceptionally unethical and is tantamount to medical malpractice.
