I went to F&F who sent me along to UHaul Uhaul said they couldn't touch it so I was thinking let me try another nearby dealer but tried Farm & Fleet who referred me here since they don't fix bumpers. Anywhoo, I pulled in without an appointment. Grateful it was still before noon but scared folks would be closed celebrating after Thanksgiving and nope... they were open and only took minutes to pull the truck back and 13 minutes later it was fixed. Didn't need all the extra the dealership said was required. $20. Accepted the credit card. Went so fast the kid and ESA stayed in the truck. I appreciate these guys trying not to pull a fast one. I am grateful they were open. Even impressed they moved expeditiously without complaint and without gouging. We were back on the road headed to the deep South.

We had to return our hotel by noon so we didn't have any place to stay. The Rock Diesel place allowed us to stay in their waiting room and even gave our dog treats. After fixing the problem, our mechanic even checked everything without charging us more to make sure our car was in order since we told him we had a long journey ahead of us. I would like to give everybody here a warning about dealing with Gesells Automotive…read more My parents brought a 2006 Buick Lucerne into them for a small antifreeze leak and a power steering leak... This turned into a 4,800 bill. They ended up tearing the engine apart finding it needed timing chains and a bunch of other things. They put the engine back together set the timing wrong, and then tried to blame it on a "sensor that was too sensitive" And it was perfectly fine and not to worry about it I called them out on this they took the vehicle back and then had it for 4 months... 6 months total it took them to finally get the vehicle working. They then tried to blame a gear on the camshaft, It was fine It was eventually taken to a GM dealer which they paid for after threatening them with legal action they set the time incorrectly My mom finally gets her car back, The suspension light is on they broke off the suspension sensors when they lifted it up... Under no circumstances should you deal with them, they are completely 100% incompetent, The owner doesn't give a shit he had my parents vehicle for 6 months and kept on making excuses until legal action was threatened. As of right now it's still not right it needs an alignment and The broken suspension sensors replaced. The fact he let the car go like this shows he doesn't care. Do not use them You will regret it

I took my car into them because my check engine light was on and my backyard mechanic couldn't figure it out! That was nothing major, it was my gas cap, but doing a few of their simple double checks before they release your car back to you, the crew found a major problem with my gas sensor. They fixed that along with a few loose nuts or bolts ( I'm not sure which) what I do know is I had someone force me off the road the other day and if it wasn't for them taking the time to check my car over, I don't think Dee and I would be here today!
