It's ok... took my truck in for warranty and recall work. Thought I might get at least a car wash with that. Nope! Oh well!

When I arrived he hooked my car up to get an idea of what was happening. My battery was running at a lower voltage and I chose to get it replaced. While waiting, I called Chevrolet customer service to see if the bumper to bumper warranty covered that, they informed me that it didn't. I ended up paying for the service. After I got home, I got an email from the customer service representative stating the she made a mistake and my battery was covered under that warranty. I proceeded to call Budweiser and Karla answered the call. While speaking with Karla and informing her that I had the bumper to bumper warranty on my car and confirmation from Chevrolet that the battery was supposed to be covered she chose to try to argue that the warranty did not cover this and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. She then told me to forward the email to Budweiser for review and someone would contact me. I did in fact forward that information. Shawn eventually called me back about 30 minutes later and apologized for the mistake of not checking into the warranty while I was there earlier. He told me to come in the following day so he could collect the information he needed off the battery and he was going to have a refund check waiting for me. THANK YOU, Shawn for making the experience better! You deserve 5 stars. Karla...you deserve only 1 star, and that is being generous.

I'm writing this to share my experience so others can go in fully informed before doing business…read morewith this dealership. From the very beginning, there were red flags. The paperwork had inconsistencies, and I was never properly provided a completed, signed inspection form. At one point, I was even asked to sign a blank inspection form, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. After purchasing the van, I started dealing with issues that should have either been disclosed or caught during inspection. I brought the vehicle back expecting the dealership to stand behind what they sold and handle things properly. Instead, the process felt careless and frustrating. I was told the total cost of repairs was over $7,000, and that the dealership was "covering" over $6,000 of that, leaving me responsible for about $1,100. However, when I received the actual receipts, the total only showed around $3,000, with a $2,000 discount applied--bringing my portion to the same $1,100 I paid. When I questioned why the numbers didn't match the claimed $7,000 total, I was given vague answers and told that the rest was handled on "separate backend paperwork" that they were unwilling to provide. That lack of transparency raises serious concerns about what I was actually charged versus what I was told. Communication throughout the process was poor, and I constantly felt like I had to chase answers rather than being treated like a valued customer. When I dropped the van off for service, it had close to half a tank of gas. When I got it back, the low fuel light was on. That alone shows a lack of respect for customers' property. On top of that, when I got the vehicle back, small but obvious things were ignored--like broken clips that hold wiring in place. It would have taken very little time to fix, but it wasn't done. That kind of detail reflects the overall level of care and attention they put into their work, and it makes you question what else may have been overlooked. Overall, this experience left me with very little confidence in this dealership. Between the questionable paperwork, lack of transparency around repair costs, poor communication, and careless service, I would strongly recommend anyone considering buying from here to get an independent inspection and be prepared to double-check everything.

Decent deal, nothing great but didn't feel like I got kick in the (you know what) the day after the deal. Found it funny (not really) that they were giving away 24 inch flat screen TV's "with every used car sold". Guess it depended on what the sale price was, as part of the deal I didn't get a TV cause the price was "so tight". Really a $100 TV was going to break the deal REALLY! I just hope they could return the TV's that they didn't give away for that little extra something in their pockets....that being said, I would return if ever in the market and they had what I wanted. UPDATE: NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE. Purchased a second vehicle from them and WILL NOT RETURN! Saw a couple things that needed taken care of and the service guy was all about "just making something work" instead of FIXING the items that the sales dude would be taken care of. Now keep in mind I've purchased 2 vehicles from them in a year and a half right. THE ONLY person that remembered me (including the owners) was the finance lady (she needs to find another job). The owners went from awesome to "whatever". WILL NOT RETURN, not looking for a butt kissing but don't need the 60's "we're loosing money on this one" BS. I'm shocked at the difference.

From the moment I walked in, Eric made the entire process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions without any pressure, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach really stood out. What truly set this experience apart from any dealership I've worked with in the past was how seamless and efficient everything was. Eric was a true one-stop resource--handling everything from the vehicle details to paperwork and financing. There was no back-and-forth between different departments, which made the process incredibly straightforward. Remarkably, I was able to walk in, complete everything, and drive out with the keys in hand in about an hour. That level of efficiency is almost unheard of when buying a car, and it made a typically time-consuming experience refreshingly easy. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend working with Eric Jensen at Wickstrom Auto Group--you'll be in great hands. I am thankful I stumbled upon doing business with Eric and at same time annoyed I just found him. I don't foresee working with anyone else next time I am in the market and it's great that as part of Wickstrom Auto Group he can support the Ford and Lincoln models in addition to Jeep.

To make matters worse, the part that was ordered was incorrect--it was not a blind spot assist tail light. This is evident from the cost difference: the part received was $444, while the correct blind spot tail light is $700. I spent over 4 hours at the dealer FOR A TAIL LIGHT!!! Still wasn't resolved. Instead the fix was to tell me get an aftermarket tail light, because the one they would have to order is on backorder for months. I specifically asked why this wasn't double-checked, as it resulted in wasted time and no resolution. I was told that it was not worth the technician's time to verify and that you rely solely on the catalog--even when the catalog is incorrect. That is not an acceptable explanation. When there is uncertainty, the appropriate step is to verify the part, not proceed and hope it's right. For comparison, I was able to locate the correct part myself through a dealership with a simple phone call. I picked it up on Friday, and my husband installed it. At this point, this situation has been both frustrating and inefficient. I expect better attention to detail and accountability moving forward.
