Tech never showed up so I left a voice mail at their main number and also texted the appointment confirmation. No show, no call. I know the freeze kept them busy, but it takes just a few seconds to text or call a customer if another stop took longer than anticipated. Will update if they call me back today to reschedule.

We scheduled an appointment and they did not show. We called, left a message, and received a call back saying they could not come out and to call the office to reschedule. We did and they did not show, again. We called, again, and played phone tag for a couple weeks. Now, when we call, we get no response, no return call and no appointment scheduled. As a final effort, we text the owner and still have had no response. We feel we have been more than patient, waiting now 6 weeks to get our problem fixed. The lack of customer service, follow up or resolution to issues is beyond bad. We definitely would not recommend this company.

They were able to come today at the time I would be available and it was scheduled within minutes. He texted me when they were on their way and arrived on time. The fix was done quickly and within about 30 minutes of arriving, they were done. No more valve leak and they stuck to the estimate they gave me. Again - the price was very reasonable.
