The fire pit in the center of their large dining room, huge windows, and steel machines from the building's former life decorating the premises make for a cozy and pleasing environment to enjoy a great meal. My favorites include their various risotto dishes and perfect fish options like the slip tong. But most recently, I have also enjoyed their tuna carpaccio, and their gnocchi dish. And though this restaurant certainly leans toward gourmet, they also make some really nice french fries. The menu is also quite reasonably priced and always includes vegetarian options.

If you do not handle heights well then I would recommend the general ticket since the euroscoop takes you all the way to the top. It was a neat experience and I really enjoyed the views of Rotterdam. My only complaint was that once you entered getting into the elevator was disorganized since there was not a line. You can also dine in at their restaurant or grab a drink on their rooftop bar but we did not do that.

My dining partner had the steak which he said was very good for a European steak. I had the spicy shrimp. Again both were well prepared. Two with a bottle of wine was €100. Lunch prices are lower. They claim the best hamburger in Rotterdam. I'm not sure. Being an american guy I am a skeptic. But maybe. I had the club sandwich and fries. Very good Belgian style fries with spicy garlic aioli. It tasted very good! The main course consisted from forgotten vegetables and duck. The duck was perfectly done. Everything was fine over here. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. The only thing that i did not like was the super open restaurant. You could see all the tables and did not have a feeling of privacy. Not a small wall or a vase with flowers between the tables. If i had the money i would come back again.
