We were blown away. d'Ertepeller is 3 separate restaurants in one; a wine bar, bistro and a Fine Dining room. Feel like a quick bite? Head to the wine bar or bistro. Something more substantial? The Restaurant is the ticket. We ordered the Chef's Menu with Wine Course. Amazing. Phenomenal Old and New World wines coupled with 5 amazing courses that ranged from Japanese inspired sashimi to caviar to sweet breads. Each course more delicious than the next. Coupled with a beautifully elegant dining room, superlative service, all fluent in English and often another language, and d'Ertepeller is the place to go when near Rotterdam.
