I know in that business, you can't control all the visits as some may seem simple but end up complicated. Dr. Root is very thorough & can make a diagnosis very quickly based on your symptoms. She is very calming when your child is ill, which is WORTH A MILLION DOLLARS as far as I am concerned!!! I believe she is a Christian caring doctor as evidenced by my experiences w/ her. The fact that she may be unaware of FSA claims (which I doubt, Dr. Root is very intelligent) does not have anything to do with how competent she is as a physician.
