The office that we went to back in the day was very children focused from the fun toys and books in the waiting room to the beds that had a play room under them. Great for the kids not so fun for the nurses and doctors that have to find hiding kids. Great place to hide from getting a shot. Well until you were found and had to come to terms with your new fate. Being a kid has lots of great advantages but being able to be picked up was not one of them. As I got older I remember Dr. B giving me stickers and being nice to me, she would do the normal doctor checks but made she rue that I was understanding what was happening and why. She wanted from a early age that doctors are good and that we need to take care of ourselves. Her nurses were also great at helping everyone feel safe and welcomed. From being in toys to sitting with you while you had to get a shot they new the tricks to help it be easier on there patients. We had not gone here for a very long time but if we ever needed a doctor we know who we would see. Thank you Dr. B for being a great first doctor.

I was referred to him by a very close friend of mine because my old doctor was leaving his practice to take another job. Community Health Network Fishers is right in the heart of Fishers, and has a wonderful staff of nurses and nurse practitioners that take very good care of their patients. They provide family medicine and patient care for all ages and adults. Dr. Jordan Phelps, DO takes time to listen to me and understand my health concerns. He does a wonderful job examining his patients and gives a fair and healthy assessment of the patient's health conditions and concerns. Steven, the nurse practitioner, also does an excellent job listening to the patient's concerns and providing the best possible care that is needed for the patient. Community Health Network Fishers is my #1 choice for my doctor and health care needs, and highly recommend Dr. Phelps to anyone who is looking for a primary doctor. He is terrific and the nurses are wonderful as well.

After for years of subpar care, rude and incompetent office staff, ridiculously long wait times, and a smelly, unclean waiting room, I finally stopped going to Dr. Bledsoe after she FORGOT to finish writing a report for an appointment I had with her about a sinus infection. She said she would send in a prescription to the local pharmacy but NEVER DID, and when I called to ask about the nonexistent prescription I was told the file on my appointment (that I had attended and paid for) didn't exist! Dr. Bledsoe's office then proceeded to LOSE my immunization records, claiming it was because they "got a new computer system" in 2010 - long before I even stopped being Dr. Bledsoe's patient. If you want to pay for useless doctors visits, wait weeks for nonexistent prescriptions, lose your medical records, and deal with some of the medical community's most unskilled and incompetent people, this office is the place for you. I wouldn't let Dr. Bledsoe or her staff deal with my corpse.

Im giving this ER location 3 stars because of how great the rest of staff was but LPN Annette has…read moregot to have the worst bedside manner I have ever dealt with and if I went off my experience with her, you would receive zero stars. We brought my father up to the ER because of severe stomach pain and even though he wanted to wait my sister and I were adamant he should not. The wait in the ER was very quick in the lobby which was great but once we started dealing with LPN Annette there was nothing great about the service. She was asking questions and because we told her he had seen a doctor the day before she said "well I don't know what you want us to do". Now keep in mind she is not taking ANY notes, but thankfully the other student nurse in the room was. I informed her of issues my father previously had and she told me she didn't see why we were there as we saw a Dr yesterday. Needless to say I left the room because I wasn't going to have anything nice to say to LPN Annette and went to swap places with my sister. Thankfully the ER Dr didn't listen to Annette who wanted to discharge my father and listened to me and my sister. They sent my father in for scans and found out he was having a diverticulitis flare up and needed antibiotics asap. We shouldn't have had to work so hard for the ER Dr come in but based on what LPN Annette felt out needs were SHE decided we didn't need anything and needed to be discharged. And her lack of bedside manners was not limited to us. While sitting out in the lobby while my father was getting lab work and scans done, LPN Annette brought out another patient in a wheelchair chair who had falling hazard band around his wrist. I watched as this man with no shoes on, no balance, wobble HIMSELF into a chair while Annette just stood there and did nothing. This man's attitude didn't seem the best but if he would've fallen in that lobby it definitely would have been her fault considering he had a fall hazard bracelet on. He was asking for water and she didn't even acknowledge him, just told him he needed to stop trying to get out of his chair and then just walked away and left him. I'm sayin go all this to say LPN Annette needs to retake some classes on bedside manners and maybe some listening classes as well. If you come to this ER and she comes out, I personally would ask to work with someone else.

First of all, if there were an option this would be a zero star review. This is supposed to be a…read more"faith-based" location. Not a single Bible in the room. Second, cleanliness is not something they understand. In two days the only time the sheets were changed was when the patient vomited in bed. The only cleaning, and I say that loosely, was when the patient vomited in bed. They take advantage of older patients. The staff assumes that since the patients are older they can just allow student "nurses" to come and go and practice on them like guinea pigs. No one asked, they just assumed. Student "nurses" were not accompanied by professional staff. Vitals were being recorded, incorrectly, and not being checked by the full-time staff. Clarification on why tests, medications, and food or drink being withheld was not present. Again, there seemed to be some "assumption" that since the patient was older that they could make decisions for them. I would not recommend taking your loved ones to this hospital, especially if they are older. The nurses seem more interested in covering their own behinds than the well-being of their patients.
