If I could give -5 stars I would!!…read more Please ****Avoid at all cost, especially if you have French accent (even if I'm perfectly bilingual but I spoke to my daughter in French in the store), those people *hates* French Canadian literally ***** Entered to buy a printed shirt and asked the old guy if he had light blue, medium size for my wife's daughter who stayed home. He pulled one from the shelves. I asked if I could take a picture to see if this is correct color them he said ok. **He went back to make another customer to pay and heard it asking to the customer if he was Canadian while rolling his eyes..** Took the picture and then he became impatient and asked if he could print it. I asked if there is a place to try because I wasn't sure about the size then at this point, everything shifted! The old guy told me, very rudely "Go buy it somewhere else, I don't want to sell you, you're asking to many questions, get out of my store!! I was stunned literally with what I He just said, could believe what was happening! ‍ Then he added "You come to my store with drink and food (cup of iced coffee 3/4 empty with closed lid and a small muffin in a closed bag!) when it says no drink or food (sign was hidden on the door with some stuff!) Anyways, him and the last both saw us entered the store, they didn't say a word and we walked inside for 2-3 min, they could have told us before! I just asked him if this is regular customer service they provide then he kept yelling to get out of his store like crazy ‍‍ **Worst worst worst** experience EVER in a store (and I'm 50 so) If those people can't give basic customer service with respect, then just close your store, you don't deserve to be in business! If they have issues with Canadian (we're on Old Orchard where tons of Canadian come all summer for years!) then close your store or insurance Indicate we're not welcome to purchase from them! I told them I'm would provide review on Google, they just said " Do it, 100 if you want we don't care" A V O I D at all cost

It honestly amazes me that the staff here works on commission (or at least earns a percentage of…read moresales) because they certainly do not act like it. I have shopped at this location multiple times and have spent hundreds of dollars in a single visit thousands over time. Every time I come in, I am polite, patient, and respectful. I smile, say excuse me, and ask for help when needed. Yet on more than one occasion, I've been met with rude behavior or attitudes that make me feel like I'm inconveniencing the staff by simply asking a question. Today was the final straw. I forgot that I had a gift card and had already paid cash. The gift card did not cover the full amount, so I politely asked if the sale could be redone so it could be applied. I was told no. There was no effort to help, no solution offered, no customer-service attempt whatsoever. So I will be returning everything and repurchasing using my gift cards, and I will not be stepping back into this store again. The staff should be ashamed of themselves. The products themselves are great. I genuinely love the clothing and quality. But customer service matters especially when you work on commission. If you are earning from sales, you should be going above and beyond, not acting bothered by the customers who are funding those commissions. Very disappointing.

For men, my man especially since he's got a large foot, found so many options and styles of boots, shoes, and socks! The clothing, not so much, he's tall not wide. Women have a sensational selection of clothes but only boots for foot wear. They had sooo many styles and designs of boots it's was impressive. Sales associates were milling about as we looked around and saw one woman was very helpful when looking for a displayed item I was interested in buying. Prices were higher then I would have thought which is where m journey ends. I will have to shop around before going back since I don't know enough about cowboy boots and usually pricing. Super cool store and highly recommend for a stop in and see if not to purchase for yourself or those you love.

I've never been treated with anything but respect at this store. Mike, Jamie, and the other men and…read morewomen who work here are knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. They never try to swindle or oversell. They will pull apart every shirt in that store for you to try on if you asked them to with a smile. These folks are professional. Is it different than the old "John Farley's", yes of course it is, it's under new ownership. I had not been shopping at J.F. for an incredibly long time, so I was not a yeas-long customer before they closed as many were, but I've had really great experiences at both. J.F. was a bit larger, and seemed to concentrate more on tailored suits and tuxedos than off-the-rack sport wear, outer, and casual, but Farley's still does tailored suits and still uses some of the same manufacturers. This means that if I need to replace a pair of pants on my charcoal suit which I bought at J.F. four or five years ago, I can. they have a lot of variety and carry a wide range of sizes across all of their brands, and they know which brands run small and which run large and will tell you! I'm a big, somewhat strangely proportioned dude, and yet just about every time I go here I manage to find something that I can wear comfortably. I remember on time we were talking about different manufacturers sizing and to prove the point they had me try on a Peter Millar XXL shirt and a Rodd & Gunn XXL. Millar fits me quite well, still a tad snug in the shoulders but fine. The Rodd and Gunn however wouldn't even come close to buttoning, there was about a 3 inch gap between the buttons and the holes! They predicted as much. So if you have a question about a brand, they will know the answer. They also carry 34 Heritage jeans, which are one of the only brand of jeans I wear for general use. The bottom line is that this is a top notch shop with top notch employees. It may not be quite as formal as J.F. and the below reviewer's situation is unfortunate, but when a business closes, gift certificates are no longer valid. It's a risk one takes with buying/giving them. If J.F. had sold the gift certificates after they had planned to close, they should have informed the person buying them that they needed to be used by a certain date and wrote that on the certificate. You can't really expect a store to give away free merchandise because someone sat on a gift for a long time or the former store failed to inform the purchaser of a potential close. I also know for a fact that John Farley informed people of their closing far in advance because every time iId go in to buy something for months before closing I was reminded at check-out.
