Holy mother of beach items and clothing!…read more We stopped in at this store while visiting Old Orchard Beach and have to say that it was both captivating and overwhelming all at once. This store is massive, has everything you need for a day at the beach as well as for any other activity you may be doing at Old Orchard. The prices here are decent and the quality is average, but the staff here is a bit intense and being followed through the shop was a bit uncomfortable. The only reason this didn't offend us was because everyone was being tracked while in the shop... talk about paranoid.

The store is cramped and narrow and creepy men follow you around staring. We left extremely uncomfortable and observed the same from other customers. They also hover around the changing rooms. Absolutely disgusting.

The staff is helpful but unintrusive; if you want pants to match a shirt they will scour the store until they find exactly what you are looking for, and then leave you alone to shop your heart out some more. These people could give lessons on customer service to salespeople everywhere. I wish we had stores like this in every state, but then that would spoil its uniqueness.

I walked to the other side of the store and was immediately bombarded by another lady that was pressing shirts. Then all of sudden I hear my wife yell " give me space, I'm not going to steal anything " that's how bad the stalking was. Then the lady wouldn't get out of my wife's way and blocked her in. It's sad because the price was great for what we were going to buy. I don't recommend going there at all unless you like people hovering over you.

They also have other popular stores including Saks Fifth Avenue, Nike, and Boss. The outlets are the place to go for the best deals. For the negatives, the food court is pretty sad, it only has a coffee shop, a pizza restaurant, and chicken restaurant, and a small Indian restaurant. We got food from the chicken restaurant and it was disappointing. Also, it was a hot day and there's not too much shade besides going into the stores or the food court. Overall, I like the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets more in terms of their layout and larger store selection, but would recommend going here if you plan on making large purchases to save on the tax.
