It feels like yesterday that my wife and I dropped off my son for the first time as a baby to the love and care of Miss Rachel. It is hard to believe that we had to say good bye but it is comforting that I can say with full confidence that my son is ready to move on to elementary school because of the values and academic structure that English Rose has instilled in him. Thank you Mandy for everything you have done for my son and our family. my son is ready for elementary school because of English Rose. And thank you for standing strong and doing everything in your power and control to continue taking care of our child during the Coronavirus Pandemic. There was no instruction manual or blueprint to guide you during these unprecedented times and like always English Rose was there for our children and the parents who needed them during these difficult times. Thank you Miss Rachel, Miss Deanna, Miss Melanie, Miss Brianna, Miss Jesse, Miss Kelly, Miss Linda, Miss Dawn, Miss Kathy and everyone else from the English Rose family who cared for my son. My wife and I will never forget everything that English Rose has done for our child and my son will always have the most wondrous memories of his days with all of you. James F

When my daughter moved in with me, I was so excited that my Granddaughter, and Grandson were going to be wizards. My daughter needed to put my grandkids in an after school program two days a week, so she enrolled them in English Rose. The woman whom I thought was the director, is the owner. She has passed judgement without even looking into the facts, it's disgraceful. She is rude, and doesn't listen when parents talk to her. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone, and it's just because of the owner!!!

My kids are both thriving after having been home with me for a year and a half during the pandemic and a big move upstate. PHS has helped them adjust more than I could've hoped. They learn through immersion with their specials teachers guiding the children in the same way. Our children spend most of their days in school, so it is important they are able to connect with Nature during this time and at PHS they surely do. Their farm and garden staff is fantastic and children learn compassion and responsibility, while strengthening their will power, through caring for their beloved farm animals. Their verses teach them reverence. Bird counting encourages observation. Planting seeds, growing flowers, and food shows them how to care for themselves and the Earth. All learning is age appropriate and really looks at where children are developmentally and how they can be fully nourished, body, soul, and spirit. My son is currently in first grade and has truly found happiness here. Everyday he wakes up dawn's first light, dresses himself, and is eager to go to school. When I ask him if there was anything not so great about his day, he replies "No, the whole day was GREAT!" We have had superb communication with his teacher and the whole faculty. Our son is truly seen and cared for individually in this beautiful, nurturing community.
