Posed all questions to my step father and would only accept most answers from him, even though he was clueless about most of my mother's wishes. I've also had an incredibly difficult time getting my mother's ashes because I live far away from Tylunas and they've been incredibly difficult to contact. I'm not sure if this has only been difficult for me, but I won't be recommending Tylunas to any of my family/friends. Edit: Chris has contacted my grieving family asking me to rescind my poor review. I said nothing of the actual service, which was fine, it was the management that was the problem.
