Over the years, the staff have become far more than teachers to us. They've been like family, and they've played just as big a role in raising our kids as we have. The teachers at Primrose have shown our children endless patience, warmth, and love. They've celebrated every "first," comforted every bonked head, and nurtured our kids' curiosity and confidence in ways that amaze us. What sets Primrose apart is the way our children run through the doors excited to see their teachers and friends each morning, and we've always had complete peace of mind knowing they're in caring, capable hands. If you're looking for a place that will love and care for your children like their own, we recommend Primrose.

We took them out until we could figure out what was going on. When we were ready to have them go back our spots had been filled. I did a search of the area and stumbled upon Happy Tree. Ms. Danielle was extremely responsive and we had a brief phone call before we toured the school. During the phone call with Ms. Danielle it just felt right. When we toured, I knew it was right. When they were enrolled, they had just turned two and within weeks I could see a huge difference in their growth and development. They are now 4.5 and came home one day and recited all the presidents! They are writing and spelling their names, adding and subtracting and much, much more. It's extremely bittersweet that they are moving on and we will very much miss Happy Tree and all they've done to prepare them for their future education.

He became so comfortable with the teachers in his class that he would specifically look for them when he walked in the building. They are so loving and caring. I had some apprehension because my son has a hearing aide that needs to be removed for naps and water activities. It is also extremely difficult to get him to keep it in and for other students not to yank at it. They took the time to learn how to place and remove the device and also helped him keep up with it. As he moved up in classes, he became just as fond of the new teachers as the old and they encouraged some independent learning. They also got him to eat vegetables almost everyday which is impossible at home. We wouldn't have believed it if we didn't see it with our own eyes. Another great thing about the facility is you can pop in on your child any day or any time. They have an open door policy for parents and it makes you feel at ease when they are willing to be so open. We moved and had to change child care. It was a difficult decision to make because our son enjoyed his classmates and teachers so much.

Absolute worst experience--Zero safety and zero accountability!…read more I am writing this to warn everyone about the complete lack of professionalism and safety at this facility. Management is claiming I was a "no call, no show," which is a blatant lie. I was physically present at the facility. I explicitly requested the security camera footage to prove that a teacher hit a child and tried to grab me but they have repeatedly refused to provide it to me. I finally told the staff member to call me only when they actually have the footage ready. Worse than the administrative dishonesty is how they handle safety. I brought up a severe incident where I was almost assaulted inside the classroom. Instead of taking this safety breach seriously, the staff member in management literally smirked in my face and acted like it never happened. This place allows teachers to hit and roughen up students without any consequences. Do not trust them with your safety or your children. They do not care about security, they hide evidence, and they laugh at violence. Avoid this place at all costs!

We knew our son was in great hands from the start. My son enjoys all of the engaging activities his teachers provide each day. His language has expanded in just weeks and he's singing songs at home. I have experience as an early childhood educator and I am in awe of all of the experiences and opportunities to learn that they are providing to my 1.5 year old each day. I know that he will continue to grow and learn here for years to come and he will, most definitely, benefit from his time here at HMA. When I pick my son up each day you can see the love he has for all of his amazing teachers and the staff at HMA and I can see that they know and care for my child and all of the children in their care. He blows kisses and grins to each teacher when we leave and it melts my heart. If you are anywhere near this location and looking for a home away from home for your child, as well as a place that will foster their growth and development with love and patience, I'd highly recommend that you tour HMA. When I visited HMA I knew it was a special place and I am grateful to send my son there each day because of the amazing staff.

So disappointed! Her teacher never even said good morning or good bye to her!! Also I've repeatedly asked for the owner of this site to respond to me personally. So disappointing. Just another money hungry preschool who doesn't care about kids... Original post:: Would give zero stars if I could. My 4 year old used to go to a Church preschool that had little funding but the teachers were passionate about the students. I was able to text the teachers whenever and get a response asap and even got pictures sent to me throughout the day. I spent 3 times more here at primerose expecting they'd do the same since obviously I'm paying more. So disappointed! None of the teachers would greet my daughter when she arrived at school. My mom would be the one to pick up my daughter but she couldn't locate the teacher anywhere in class. I never got pictures of her or even knew what she did daily. Quit the place right away since my daughter who used to love school cried everyday she had to go here. Never again! And will be spreading the word to others who live near by!
