The staff has changed frequently, but it doesn't appear to be because of any internal problems or drama. They have many staff members that are working in early childhood development/college and naturally move on to bigger better things. They do well while they are there and use this job as a stepping stone so staff changes aren't a major concern. My kids love all of their teachers and have never complained about new staff. Curriculum may be hard to follow with changing staff, but I know for a fact that my kids are learning when they are there. Boingo's reinforces all the things we are teaching our kids at home. Colors, shapes, letters, numbers, reading, writing you name it and they both are doing very well. I especially appreciate their locked doors and security cameras. The child to staff ratio is the main reason we picked this place. The staff always helps in anyway they can and they have done a great job of keeping us posted with regard to what goes on with our children. As far as billing, there have been snags. I catch them and they are corrected. This also is not a huge ordeal. I think the complaints of the previous poster are associated with a new/growing business. My main concerns are safety and quality of care. I am very attentive and will not tolerate anyone harming or mistreating my kids in any way. if I felt that Boingo's was unsafe, unclean or in any way unable to properly care for my kids they would not go there and I would have the place shut down. That being said I trust the core group of staff that I know and my children love it there. Every parent/family is different so I am not saying Cynthia was wrong. Her review was her opinion so I am offering mine.

A lot of miss communication and lies from staff. my heart breaks for the babies that do attend BOINGOS. when picking up my son he was outside in 94 degree weather and all the babies were red and sweating. The teacher had a grey bin full of their sippy cups out of reach for them. The babies who did have their sippy cups had zero water in them. my son developed a heat rash while attending there and when bringing him home he had a 101 fever. i immediately pulled him out. I do believe this is a great place for OLDER kids but they should NOT be running a INFANT/TODDLER class!

Our daughter attended Watch Me Grow from September 2024 to March 2025, when she was 2 years old,…read moreand our experience was deeply disappointing due to poor leadership from the administration. While her teachers were kind and caring, the director, Rosanne, and site supervisor, Tim (her son), showed little genuine concern for students or families. The facility itself is also outdated, with no visible reinvestment in classrooms. Initially, upon first impression Rosanne appeared to be passionate about her work, but she soon revealed herself to be impatient and quick to reprimand children. She was also unsupportive of our daughter being bilingual, telling me more than once that only English should be spoken at school. In March, under Rosanne's direct supervision, our daughter sustained a serious oral injury. Rosanne, who was alone in the restroom with only five children, claimed she "saw nothing." We received a call from Tim and were told that our daughter had fallen from a slide and was "in and out of consciousness," prompting a 911 call. Based on his report, we authorized an ambulance ride. At the hospital, we were surprised to hear from Rosanne that there was no slide involved. She claimed our daughter had started bleeding from the mouth and later appeared lightheaded while in the restroom with her. At home, we discovered she had injured her front teeth--one of which required extraction. At the time, her limited expressive language only allowed her to say she was pushed. Now, more verbal, she still seems traumatized. She speaks about the incident and now communicates that a teacher pushed her, though she can't name who. While there is no way of knowing for sure, Rosanne was the only adult in the bathroom when our daughter began to bleed from her mouth. Throughout this ordeal, the administration never apologized for the poor supervision, or the misinformation provided. Instead, they responded with defensiveness, unprofessional behavior, and even threatened us with harassment accusations when we asked for accountability. Attempts to contact the owner, Elena Dominguez (also a relative of Rosanne), were blocked. Rosanne ostensibly altered her incident report for licensing to suitably fit her narrative of what happened that day, even though she cannot explain at all what happened, and continually claimed she (inexplicably) saw nothing at all occur in the restroom. There are no security cameras, so her version of the story is the only one available. During small claims court, she made further false claims and conveniently prevented Tim from testifying, since he was the staff member who initially made the call the day of the incident and provided us with misinformation about our daughter's medical state and the events that took place. Rosanne made it clear she just "wanted this to be over," showing no concern for our daughter or our family. I strongly advise against this preschool if you value safety and support. We have since moved our daughter to another preschool where she is thriving and looks forward to school--her bilingualism is encouraged and fostered, the facility is clean and organized, and the staff is caring and professional. Providing us the peace of mind that we were seeking after our negative experience with Watch Me Grow.

My daughter was in the potty training program up to attending after school. When she transitioned to TK, her teacher complimented how prepared she was for the structure of school. That directly comes from her time at WGM building that foundation of routine, respect and participation. We will always consider ourselves as part of the WGM family :) Gilson-Acevdo Family
