The staff has changed frequently, but it doesn't appear to be because of any internal problems or drama. They have many staff members that are working in early childhood development/college and naturally move on to bigger better things. They do well while they are there and use this job as a stepping stone so staff changes aren't a major concern. My kids love all of their teachers and have never complained about new staff. Curriculum may be hard to follow with changing staff, but I know for a fact that my kids are learning when they are there. Boingo's reinforces all the things we are teaching our kids at home. Colors, shapes, letters, numbers, reading, writing you name it and they both are doing very well. I especially appreciate their locked doors and security cameras. The child to staff ratio is the main reason we picked this place. The staff always helps in anyway they can and they have done a great job of keeping us posted with regard to what goes on with our children. As far as billing, there have been snags. I catch them and they are corrected. This also is not a huge ordeal. I think the complaints of the previous poster are associated with a new/growing business. My main concerns are safety and quality of care. I am very attentive and will not tolerate anyone harming or mistreating my kids in any way. if I felt that Boingo's was unsafe, unclean or in any way unable to properly care for my kids they would not go there and I would have the place shut down. The babies who did have their sippy cups had zero water in them. my son developed a heat rash while attending there and when bringing him home he had a 101 fever. i immediately pulled him out.
