Our Infant/Toddler Teachers receive specialized training in early development and attachment and bonding to establish trust and foster learning. At our Whitendale Center, we employee infant and toddler curriculum in Attention, Social and Emotional, Language , Cognitive , and Physical Development. These skills are monitored using the Desired Results Developmental Profile and shared with parents throughout the year. We partner with USDA to offer two nutritious meals and a snack to the children in our care. Our teachers are certificated, CPR certified, and fingerprinted to ensure the safety of children. Family F.O.C.U.S. believes children are successful when family and school partner in the child's education. We offer Parents unique and fun ways to participate in the education of their children. We provide parents electronic access to our Developmental Profiles. Each site has their own Parent Club and all our Parent Clubs have representation on the Family F.O.C.U.S. Parent Advisory Committee. Family F.O.C.U.S. also provides free quarterly Parenting Workshops that help parents to develop strong support systems in their difficult roles as parents. Recently we have all been experiencing this very scary and difficult situation due to the COVID-19. I am somewhat fortunate to have a high school child to care for my son. I am a essential health care worker/nurse and must continue to report to work. However I also struggle with an autoimmune disease that makes me a high risk person. Due to all of this I decided to keep my son home until things settle down. I am shocked and surprised at the care and understanding this preschool is providing. They remain open to care for those little ones who need to be cared for. But they are waving the cost for those not attending and still holding our spot!! I totally feel for these teachers. They are working very hard taking care of these children. This has to be very difficult as a small business to keep staff and waving cost. I pray this passes soon. My son really misses his teachers and friends! And yes he will be back ASAP once it is deemed safe. Thank you to all the teachers for your hard work and commitment to allow us to continue to do ours. God Bless You

She responded so well to their teaching/behavior correction style that we implement it at home as well. The staff have all been amazing and treat my daughter like one of their own. They have also been very accommodating during the covid-19 situation and sent home a huge work packet for us to continue our knowledge growth at home. We are very grateful for the school and the teachers.

The staff has changed frequently, but it doesn't appear to be because of any internal problems or drama. They have many staff members that are working in early childhood development/college and naturally move on to bigger better things. They do well while they are there and use this job as a stepping stone so staff changes aren't a major concern. My kids love all of their teachers and have never complained about new staff. Curriculum may be hard to follow with changing staff, but I know for a fact that my kids are learning when they are there. Boingo's reinforces all the things we are teaching our kids at home. Colors, shapes, letters, numbers, reading, writing you name it and they both are doing very well. I especially appreciate their locked doors and security cameras. The child to staff ratio is the main reason we picked this place. The staff always helps in anyway they can and they have done a great job of keeping us posted with regard to what goes on with our children. As far as billing, there have been snags. I catch them and they are corrected. This also is not a huge ordeal. I think the complaints of the previous poster are associated with a new/growing business. My main concerns are safety and quality of care. I am very attentive and will not tolerate anyone harming or mistreating my kids in any way. if I felt that Boingo's was unsafe, unclean or in any way unable to properly care for my kids they would not go there and I would have the place shut down. That being said I trust the core group of staff that I know and my children love it there. Every parent/family is different so I am not saying Cynthia was wrong. Her review was her opinion so I am offering mine.

A lot of miss communication and lies from staff. my heart breaks for the babies that do attend BOINGOS. when picking up my son he was outside in 94 degree weather and all the babies were red and sweating. The teacher had a grey bin full of their sippy cups out of reach for them. The babies who did have their sippy cups had zero water in them. my son developed a heat rash while attending there and when bringing him home he had a 101 fever. i immediately pulled him out. I do believe this is a great place for OLDER kids but they should NOT be running a INFANT/TODDLER class!

My son started at Little Einstein at 9 months old, which was 4 years ago. My daughter started at 5 months old, 2 years ago. Carolina and her family are truly amazing. She genuinely cares about each child and creates a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where they can learn and grow. It's clear that they take the time to get to know each child's personality and help them build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. She has taught my kids so many things to prepare them for school and life. She is so sweet and kind. She makes all home cooked healthy meals for the kids that my children rave about. They throw special parties for birthdays and holidays. She is always doing fun crafts that I cherish. My children are treated like part of her family in her beautiful home. We have been so happy with Little Einstein that we had our friend's son join as well. As parents, there is no better feeling than dropping your children off knowing they are happy, well cared for, and excited to be there. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Little Einstein and highly recommend them to any family looking for a daycare that feels like an extension of home.

We've been with Ms. Carolina for the past two years, and I'm so thankful for the care she has given my daughter. When my daughter was around 20 months old, she went through a stage where she didn't want to eat, drink, or play much. Ms. Carolina kept me updated every day, and we worked together to help her through it. Thankfully, it didn't last long, and now she's eating and drinking well again. I also love that Ms. Carolina cooks fresh meals every day and makes sure the kids drink plenty of water, especially during the hot weather. My daughter was also potty trained at daycare when she was a little over 2 years old, which was a huge help for us. As a full-time working parent, having a daycare I can trust has been such a relief. Ms. Carolina has also been very flexible with early drop-offs and late pick-ups when I needed them, and I really appreciate that. I definitely recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a caring, reliable, and loving place for their child. We're so grateful for everything Ms. Carolina has done for our daughter.
