I'll review both the store and the pharmacy. The store is well-organized and the staff members are pretty friendly. I have never left this store without finding what I was looking for (I don't always buy because their prices don't always meet competitors). The pharmacy definitely has some problems. Part of the problem is that there must be a pharmacist on duty in order for the pharmacy to open. This Walgreen's seems to lack enough licensed pharmacists so it is sometimes closed without explanation. I've had really good luck and really bad luck with the staff. Some are super friendly and some are super rude. There doesn't seem to be an in between. I will also say that this Walgreen's does not seem to stock a lot of prescriptions regularly. I've had to wait more than a week for my prescription at times. I'm not sure that this store is much different than any other Walgreen's store.

I had taken my Grandmother to her primary care physician for alarming symptoms that could have potentially turned serious if not treated urgently. She was Prescribed an Antibiotic After several hours of waiting for her former Pharmacy, C** to obtain the prescription electronically I was told it would still take a couple hours to fill. At 5:30pm, C** called to inform me that the antibiotic she required, Cipro was out of stock. (Why they didn't tell me this from the get go is beyond me) Needless to say I was in panic mode! I called Daniel's Pharmacy around 5:45-5:50pm. I knew they closed at 6:30pm and this was probably a long shot but I was desperately trying to find the medication my Grandmother needed! (My Grandmother is almost 90yrs old). WOW, Daniels' Pharmacy is Amazing! My only regret is not switching her to Daniels' Pharmacy long before now. They took the basic info I provided and contacted her previous Pharmacy to retrieve the Rx along with her Insurance info. They had her Rx ready by 6:10pm. A Prescription filled that fast is usually unheard of, obviously not at Daniels though. WOW, Daniels' Pharmacy is Amazing! My only regret is not switching her to Daniels' Pharmacy long before now! Hospital gave me physical prescription-had high hopes of a simple phone call and they tell me to fax the Rx and bring the originals when I come in to pick up.. 30 minutes searching website, calling local #, and calling 800# to speak with someone you can't understand and they get rude when you keep asking them to repeat. Then the call "disconnects" so you start all over. Maybe don't pat yourself on the back on your customer service when you make your customers spend 30 minutes or more trying to get an answer to one question that would take you 30 seconds. Now I have the option of taking these physical copies and have them tell me that it will be two hours to put a few pills in a bottle aaaaand they are out of one of the 4 prescriptions I need so now I am driving around town looking for another option. I think these companies collude to provide the worst service possible. Can't just go down the road because they all are horrible. Makes me think they are run by a communist government.

Please keep your entrance clean. I like your pharmacy but the rest of the store is dirty.read more
