At first we ended up at the bar-only spot (easy mistake), but they quickly pointed us around the corner to the main restaurant--no hassle at all. Anna took great care of us. Super friendly, checked in just enough, not too much. They noticed it was my wife's birthday and actually made it feel special--multiple birthday wishes and a complimentary dessert for the table, which was a nice touch. Great location too. Overall really good experience... would definitely go back.

Pool tables are $1 per game and there's maybe 5-6 tables. My daughter won the chinese food claw game a few times and even got some jewelry so she was really excited. There's plenty of space and it's not fancy, but the kids had alot of fun and it's real laid back & casual. The lumpia was alight and the kids ate their hotdogs. Most who had the french fries liked them. I had the fried shrimp and wasn't impressed. There was thick crispy breading, but could taste alot of salt. I did not like it as much as some of the other dedicated seafood restaurants in town. The grits were just alright also. I guess my favorite was the sweet tea. The bathrooms were clean, but the soap dispensers didn't seem to work. The bartender/server was helpful and I liked the weird jukebox they had. This was our big event for the day and everyone in my family had a good time and enjoyed the visit.

She was pleasant, helpful and had a sense of humor. We started with the app sampler. Fries, onion rings, jalapeño poppers, mac and cheese bites and cheese sticks. There were a ton of fries so I suggest a different side with your meal. I had a burger called the blue nose with a side salad. 2 quarter pound burgers smashed together with blue cheese in the middle. The bun had a blue cheese sauce on it for added flavor. There were pickles on it. I think they actually took away from the rest of the burger. Next time I will order it without pickles, and I really like pickles, they just don't compliment the blue cheese. It seems wings are the big thing here. Next time we will try them.

We got in fairly close to opening, and got seated. 2 out of 3 tables were dirty that they seated us at. They stayed like that until we asked to have them wiped. We had to ask for utensils, napkins, etc after the food arrived. The server would drop off one thing for someone who asked for something that was missing and disappear faster than a blink before anyone could ask for something else that was missing. It was assumed the chicken sandwich was going to be a chicken breast or one larger sandwich sized piece since it came on a burger bun but it was multiple small strip so that was frustrating to eat they were mostly gristle so ate a cheese and lettuce sandwich with scraps of chicken. The cheese stick were your average mozzarella sticks but I was grateful for them and the grits were not bad. Only had one soft drink in the hour and half we were there, the refill never showed up after 2 attempts to request one. Wish the experience was better because it's the kind of atmosphere and location I would enjoy frequenting but this wasn't much different from my first experience here.

Flavorful, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, and the sausage gravy to die for. Really enjoyed the biscuits!!! Two others in the group had the omelet with side of grits. My culinary adventures have focused on the flavor profiles of traditional Irish dishes. Yes, there…read moreis more than potatoes on the menu. I am traveling within reasonable distances of my home to experience the flavors. For example, one establishment provided a Flight of 3 menu items before committing to eating one, which was enjoyable; however, their shepherd's pie was prepared with sweetness/sweetened rather than savory flavors, which didn't bode well for me. Today's adventurous goal was to experience "bangers and mash," as there appear to be a couple of variations of this dish made with either Guinness, Port wine, or beef stock. When typing Bangers and Mash into Yelp and Google Maps, this establishment was an option for consideration. I verified that the item was on the menu and read the reviews. Upon our arrival, we were greeted well and seated forthwith. We started to place our orders when I noticed that the food item I was seeking wasn't on the menu. When I inquired about the Bangers and Mash, I was told it was no longer available. Disappointed, I opted for the Shepherd's pie. While I couldn't obtain the item I hoped for, the experience wasn't bad. The shepherd's pie was well-made and presented well; a large portion is served in an individual cast-iron pan. The flavor profiles were quite good, very savory and rich. The flavor spectrum touched all of the sensory elements. I found it quite enjoyable. My journey continues.
