It got me in the wrong freaking place! It took me nearly an hour from Arnold to get to this place. There are clear directions on the map that the doctor's office provides. Use those & not the dreaded GPS. The staff were very very nice. Typical of any healthcare facility to have an insane amount of paperwork to fill out. I jokingly said to them that I would gladly provide a thumb drive of my health info. for them to download. In any case, the physician's assistant (methinks) did the injections perfectly. I hate needles. I can't watch anyone give me injections. Gives me the heebie jeebies. Just a pinprick. Small needle. Simply awesome! The bad part of this experience was that the order did not contain the word "MRI." So, they had to call the knee doctor's office for a brand new order for insurance purposes. I had to wait & wait. Total time spent at this facility: about 2 hours. The headphones that they provide does not drown out the sound of the MRI machine at all! I would much rather prefer this sound than the sound of a barking dog. It is incredibly cold (a bit tooo cold for this zero fat skinny bitch) in the room. The blanket provided some comfort. All in all, awesome staff & facility. Parking is plentiful.

Because of a negative experience at another local urgent care center last Fall, I knew that I would not be returning there, but felt like all other UCs operated this way. I could not have been more wrong. TAUC was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. A gentleman named Rod greeted us and got us started with the registration process. We did not wait long before being admitted, where we were met by other friendly and caring staff who examined my son, diagnosed him, and filled a prescription in no time at all! The facility is much larger inside than I imagined. In fact, it reminded me of a small hospital. Everything was clean and professionally run. This isn't one of those places where they do a quick look and send you off to the ER. TAUC completely changed my impression of UC facilities. This location will always be my family's "go-to" should we need it. Jokingly, I told the staff that my experience was so good that I could not wait to get sick. He was in the machine a few minutes and called out to the tech. No one answered. After repeatedly pressing the panic button he was finally removed and was able to calm down. Never completed the MRI. Imagine our surprise when we were charged for an entire MRI. Called billing and were told they were able to get a few pictures and would not reduce the bill. Then we were threatened with collections while we were still trying to talk to someone in billing. It took him six months of living with the pain before I was able to talk him into another MRI at a different facility. This is NOT the place to go if you have any reservations about MRIs. Waste of time and waste of money.

She called it after one visit. I like her also, very thoughtful and interested in what I had to say. Her staff are good, also. No bad attitudes there..... The staff in this St Luke's Imaging are really super. I felt at ease the moment I walked in the door. Clean, modern, nice coffee (thank you for the choices)! From check in desk, to nurse/technician to the doctor who performed this procedure, I felt completely at ease and in good hands. If I ever need another injection, I will definitely go back.

Had both full body MRI and cardiac MRI. The office is brand new, clean, and very spacious. After…read morebrief check-in, I was led to a changing room where I changed into new "MRI safe" clothes, and finally into nice room with windows and what looked like a brand now MRI machine. Jerry, the owner, was my technician and explained every step of the MRI very clearly. I got to choose my own music for the scans, which took about 90 minutes because I ordered two very thorough scans. Afterwards, Jerry even showed me some of the images and explained how the Radiologist would "read" them. All in all very wonderful experience. I have a family history of heart disease - both of my parents had major cardiac events even though they were both healthy. I plan on coming back every year or two. Preventative screening is the future and I don't want to wait for something bad to happen -- I'd rather know!
