That was all fine, but the second the numbness started to wear off I felt like I was losing my mind because of the amount of pain I was and they didn't seem to understand the severity because I felt like I needed to go to the ER and they were just telling me to take pain medicine and it should be better in 24 hours. I have had a hip place and a hysterectomy in the amount of pain that I have felt in the last couple hours make those procedures look like a picnic. I don't know if I will make it through the night without going to the ER but I am very disappointed in the lack of concern about the amount of pain that I am in. It feels like something is very wrong. I pray this pain eases up by tomorrow.

This has been by far the worst care ever by Ms. Stillman. She has shown for almost a year of not…read morecaring for my child or the issues we are experiencing and has not provided any ways for my child to be able to have things to use in said moment. WE have brought up specific concerns and instead of addressing those, she has ignored them and just writes it all off as a trauma response and ADHD. She then rips into the adults in the child's life, making it where the child is seeing her belittle and blame everything on us. This is not professional behavior and she should not be able to continue. Having a "professional" who is showing our children that it is okay to make belittling comments about those in their lives is totally unacceptable!!! She then tries to pit me and my husband against each other and make one look like the bad guy. She is literally trying to destroy our family and what she gets from this is beyond me.... well it would be more money since there is "more need."

I called ahead of time and asked how much it would be. All was fine except they're nothing like Mercy. They want the money upfront...unless it's an emergency. The manager suggested I reschedule since all I needed was refills on my meds I've been on for 20 years. Really? I'd have to take off another day as a contractor and then bring my checkbook. I understand they have rules but I would have appreciated the person who scheduled me to tell me I'd have to pay that day. It was embarrassing and I hope the hag in the office is out delivering chemo packages with no money for water. I miss Mercy

This was my first visit to this Diagnostic Imaging office. My doctor recommended a procedure and I…read morewas able to just walk downstairs and have the procedure done immediately. The reception area is nice and even could say homey. Some places I've been to have been just downright stark. The woman who took my intake info was very nice, actually all the people behind the reception desk was very nice and personable. The woman who did my procedure again was very nice and personable. She explained everything to me clearly and made sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend St Luke's Center For Diagnostic Imaging.

I've always had positive experiences with Rayus until tonight. We received a call scheduling my…read morehusband for a 7:45pm MRI for his ruptured achilles tendon. We planned to arrive 15 minutes early at 7:30pm. We were driving on the way there and received a call at 7:17pm stating that our appointment was at 7:25pm and we were to have arrived at 7:10pm. We were told that arriving at 7:30pm would not be acceptable and that they had no way to fit us in their schedule tonight because it would impact the appointments after us. An employee at their company made an error telling us the wrong appointment time of 7:45pm and we were negatively impacted. They kept saying we don't know what was said on the phone call you had and we can't pull the call logs now because the person with access to those isn't here right now. So it's like they just assumed we messed up then and canceled our appointment. When we arrived and spoke to them face to face, they acknowledged their employee likely messed up but still couldn't do anything to rectify it tonight. I don't feel like that is good customer service or management. No impact to Rayus, only negative impact to their customer. Overall, very disappointed and I won't be getting any scans at Rayus again.

I am very disappointed in the change in attitude, but it is time for me to find a new doctor. Most of his staff is very helpful, although I did have one PA that wasn't very pleasant, but I learned to avoid any appointments with her. Also, Dr. Politis is accepting new patients, but his existing patients, such as I, have to wait nearly six months to get an appointment with him, despite being his patient for several years. Seeing a PA is mostly the person you will see once you are an established patient. I have already found a new dr. and I will have two appointments in two weeks and another one in a couple of months; 3 appointments with a Dr...NOT a PA, in 3 months, and he spent over an hour with me with my first appointment, so I am thrilled with this new change!!

They didn't just look at my tooth for a second then prescribe something to get me out of there.
