I contacted the office to clarify a billing issue, and after reviewing the matter with my insurance, I was proven to be correct--the office had mishandled the information, and I will be due a refund. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the owner, Joan Brower, abruptly ended my session after I pointed out the mistake. I was accused of "bullying" simply for standing up for myself, despite never being rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate in any way. A business in the healthcare field should be willing to work with patients, especially when it comes to financial transparency.
