I was referred to Dr. Kadyke by three different neighbors, so I called yesterday for an…read moreappointment. I was looking for a new dermatologist since mine retired. I couldn't get an appointment with her until mid July, which I went ahead and booked. I don't mind because that means she's in demand... a good sign. However, I have a couple of spots I wanted looked at right away and when I mentioned that to the receptionist she immediately scheduled me for an appointment for the following morning (today) with the nurse practitioner! How awesome is that?! This office has fantastic Covid precautions in place. They have signs out in the parking spaces with a phone number asking you to call upon arrival to check in. Once you are called into the office (mask wearing is requested), you are given an iPad to enter your information as a new patient. I was even able to take photos of the front and back of my insurance card and ID for them through their system. The office is very updated not only in decor, but technology as well. Immediately upon handing in the iPad, a nurse came to take me back to an exam room and the nurse practitioner came in right behind her. The exam was thorough and wasn't rushed. Check out was very easy as well and all of the staff were super friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dermatology office because I have had great interactions both on the phone and in person and find them to be responsive, helpful, professional and friendly. An all around fantastic experience. While I was filling out my paperwork on the iPad, I also observed at least five or six other people coming in for their appointments and they were all immediately taken back to exam rooms with very minimal wait time. I should also mention, I was about 10 minutes late for my appointment and they were very kind to me and made it seem like it was not a big deal at all. I have had experiences at other doctors office where the receptionist really tries to make you feel bad for inconveniencing them by being late and I did not get that vibe from this office at all.
