I've brought the obituary section problems to the management to no avail. These people can't list obits in a alphabetical listing. Evidently, they can't figure out how to "sort" on their computers. I've compared their fiasco to the Boston Globe, which does know how to "sort" in an alphabetical correct listing. Wise up st louis post. Today's edition 8/09/18 had the TV Guide for Wed. My main complaint is their billing dept. I hate to open the statement when it comes since it is usually inaccurate. Often they overlap the dates to their own advantage. The paper gets smaller. Who is responsible for the proof reading? So many mistakes. They no longer have local staff doing the movie reviews. It seems they have very few reporters and rely on journalist of other newspapers. The paper has become a topic of conversation in social circles. I hear many complaints. Not once have I heard a praise. The combining of the Home section and the Entertainment section in the Sun. paper is a joke. read more

I DO NOT recommend subscribing to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. I've had to request re-delivery of the Saturday edition of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch due to missed deliveries and missing sections for 2 months now! I've called customer service and they say they will let the carrier know and inform management. Nothing has changed. I will be cancelling my subscription next month when it comes up for renewal. read more

I would give zero stars if possible due to terrible delivery. We had Sunday only delivery since late March and inserts and/or paper itself not delivered 6 times in about 3 months. I called each time and several times still no replacement. I asked to speak to a manager 2x and never had a return call. It's a waste of my time to have to call to get the product I paid for. Save your $. I cancelled the subscription. Let's see if they know how to give a refund that they promised. read more

I started a subscription never got the paper. They called wanted me to come back a second time i said yea. Still no paper cancelled agian. Idk what the problem is on getting a dang paper on a sunday morning. Thats all i wanted was sundays only. After that second chance ill just get un my car and go to the as station for a paper. this has been years ago but still makes me mad when I think about it. signed up for 13 wks or whatever amount of weeks it was, decided not to re-subscribe . long story short they were still bringing the paper I thought by mistake and I only signed up for 13wks I don't remember how long it was they kept bringing it but , dont' think it was a real long time and they tried to charge me for their error! I signed up for 13weeks I agreed to 13 weeks if I didn't re-subscribe apparently I didn't want it .. and I refused to pay for the extra papers if they think that's a way to keep customers they are mistaken. read more

Delivery man stated to me that "I don't do tubes" for inserting the DAILY paper for a 90 yr old man, when the tube( attached to mailbox) was set up by "The Post" and has THE POST on the yellow tube.. Subscription cancelled!!! No one at Post would help with this matter. Another neighbor, handicapped complained also.. No one followed up and she cancelled hers, too.. We don't need the paper, we can get what we want on internet. Plus the wonder why sales are down. Just lost 2 account's at the cost of $400 for both.. Thanks. read more

Terrible carrier service. Missed three days in a row. And when you do get it, you never know when it will arrive. Sometimes it is before 6 AM and sometimes after 9AM.....Just unreliable service. When you call (India?), they are very courteous, but the service is never consistent. read more

Had paper delivered to the house. Signed up for auto pay. everything was o.k. for some time. Had the occasional miss but, things changed. The delivery got real bad as in more misses than deliveries. Called and complained about it. Was told it would be taken care of and they would credit my account for missed deliveries. A lie. More missed deliveries. Cancelled newspaper. Was called several days later and was convinced to give them another try. First two days I got the paper after that no paper. Sadly, this is the only game in town. Talked to a supervisor and he said it would be taken care of. Another lie. Cancelled paper again this morning. I only wish somebody in management would read these reviews and do something about these problems! read more

I paid for a full year of the Sunday paper delivered. It has been 2 weekends and still no paper. I keep calling and they say they will tell the carrier to bring it and still nothing. It is Sunday again and no paper. They say same thing every time I call. So sad that you pay for a service and get nothing and customer service doesn't help. I just want my $ back. I much rather drive to the store to get the paper. At least I know I will get it every week. They even said I can read it on line, I told them I ordered the Sunday paper to cut coupons. I live in O'Fallon,MO. 4 times in the past month I've had my Mailbox used as a target. I've found parts of the mailbox on the ground with the paper laying nearby. It's obvious and it's not funny. One more time and I'm canceling my subscription. read more

Their online account management is terrible. Difficult to maneuver but when I attempted to update my credit card, the drop down for expiration date ended at 2020. All of my credit cards expire in 2023. No way to complete update. Calling customer service is frustrating. Uncaring uneducated and incompetent personnel. After voicing my complaints about the Post-Dispatch in a review on 2/15/2022, I was contacted today via telephone by a representative of the company. The rep resides in the area where I live and saw a duplicate of my complaint on a neighborhood social media site. He was a very personable individual, and he apologized for the delivery problems I have been experiencing. He acknowledged that they have become aware of delivery problems in my area and that they will endeavor to rectify this issue. Delivery problems that can last for months while at the same time they give you 30% increases on your bill. "Customer Service" is a call center somewhere on the west coast, they assure you the problems will be fixed but its just lip-service. The Sunday paper was supposed to have two coupon sections (one Red Plum and one Smart Source) on June 12, 2011. I checked three different papers at my purchase location. The first paper had a Red Plum, the second had a Smart Source, the third had a Red Plum. No paper had both! I called today and asked about the problem and asked if they could send the missing coupon section to me. The answer was no. I was told if they run low on coupon sections, they spread them out in the papers that go out of town. Is that fair? I pay the same price even if I do not get the entire contents. My husband and I were at an event where they offered certain perks and free items to retrieve at other locations. We signed up for one month and then went to those other vendors and they had no idea what the free vouchers were for. The worst news website on the web. The content becomes irrelevant when you are on a porrly constucted site that can't pull off the most fundamental tasks. loading stories takes forever and often time out. Videos are the worst, most of the time they just flash a message that is in unavailable. The most telling sign that this paper doesn't care about the online reader is there is no function anywhere on the site for feedback. I try to follow the Cardinals everyday. Reading the Post's stories on line takes longer than wathcing the game. read more

Do not subscribe to their paper delivery.....when the paper is delivered wet they do NOT keep a record for extending the subscription dates even though they will tell you they will & then later w/ the next wet paper &/or non delivery issue they will make out like there never was any previous issues. I will not be renewing my subscription in April....or I guess I should say March! read more
