Sump pump failed on the morning of Saturday, 1/11/2020. Called LandArc emergency line to report…read morethe problem. The representative on the phone took my contact information and said the on-call person would call back ASAP. The on-call person, Manthe, called back in about 15 minutes. After verified my address, Manthe said he should arrive in about 30 minutes - and he did! Manthe checked the sump pump in basement and confirmed a new pump was needed. Menthe left and came back in about 20 minutes with a new pump. He replaced the pump, tested it to make sure the pump worked as expected then left after cleaning up. Absolutely the worst company out there…read more They took over management of our condos around 2 years ago.(Lake Village Townhomes, Walled Lake, MI) Rates have went up from $260.00 - $433.00 (Mind you there is no pool, no fitness center, and the condos are falling apart) - Members were mailed coupon books letting them know their payment went up. No communication about "Budget" until after people recieved a higher payment. You can create a "Request" and they will close it so they don't have to deal with it. AGAIN, we pay $433.00 per month for garbage pickup, and lawn/Snow services. They will blame the high cost from "Inflation" and "Insurance". HAHAHAHA. absolute garbage company.
