Our experience with the Jeff Glover Team was completely different than with prior realtors. From the start we were very impressed with Sean's knowledge of our area, the value of our home, the current seller's market and trends as well as being very understanding and receptive to our personal hopes for the sale. Sean was excellent in communicating with us via texts, calls, and emails. What impressed us most was his communication promptness, with most questions answered or a response made within minutes. Thanks to Jeff Glover and Associates excellent relationship with hundreds of realtors, we had many viewings in the first few days with offers placed quickly. Sean was spot-on with his recommendations and we received the offers we were hoping for. He discussed each offer clearly and concisely so we made the best informed decision for the sale. At no point did we feel pressured nor did we ever feel under-represented. We would highly recommend Jeff Glover and Associates and Agent Sean Konja to anyone looking for a great realtor.

She kept saying how there were tons of interested buyers, as she was talking to the selling realtor. Trusting Kate as she has many years in the reals estate business, we put an offer in. It was accepted and she advised us not to have an inspection, because there was soooo many other buyers. We closed and moved across country. We got to the house and the refrigerator didn't work, the windows were rotten, and the house was filthy. It took me 3 weeks to get the house clean enough to live there. We have had the water heater go out, an air conditioner, and many other problems. Thousands of dollars later I wouldn't recommend Kate anyone. We won't ever buy long distance again, but thought we had a relationship with her.
