St. John's Marsh Dental is an excellent dental office with a kind and caring staff. Dr. Grudich and Dr. Lazovski are both friendly and professional. The Dental Hygienists and Assistants are very gentle, and you always feel comfortable with them. Melanie at the front office is very welcoming too with her shiny smile. Besides my dental hygiene needs (including Invisalign), I have also had Botox treatments and a Hydrafacial at the dental office. Dr. Lazovski is very precise. I've known this dentists family for almost 40 yrs. We grew up down the road and the neighborhood actually paid for both his kids colleges and future. Not many kids get a dentist office with a home and month in Aruba for becoming a dentist. You would think they would make an effort to show gratitude to their community. I'm self employed single father of a 3 yr old girl. I work every single day and drive between 150-250 miles/day on average. I can keep rambling but when this business calls it showed up as health services/spam. I don't have a secretary or anybody to help. I don't have time to answer phone calls during the day especially spam. So I've paid for 3 different dentist to work on sane tooth. Second time for Mr Nick. That in itself is frustrating but I give him another opportunity to fix the tooth. I explained my frustration to him and he says let's do a crown and I will only charge a couple hundred the price of a filling. I agree of course and thanked him even though I'm paying him to fix something he already allegedly fixed. Nick doesn't work every day there so the next appointment was like a month away if i remember correctly. Either way they don't keep up with technology you should have emails and reminder texts sent. Had you sent a text like most regular doctors I'd have made my appointment. I've also never seen anywhere for extra charge if you miss appointment. Anyhow I missed the appointment call back to schedule and of course it's a month away or more. I told them why I missed, no response or warning that if I make an appointment you are gonna charge me triple what we agreed. I make my appointment and day before my appointment Nick has the very nice Melanie call to do his dirty work. I assumed the call was reminder and see they want to go over cost?? I call on way to the appointment curious about this cost? I thought we agreed already. She tells me on the way from Northville leaving jobsite losing money to come to my appointment. She tells me because I missed my appointment and Nick really needs money that I'm getting charged triple what we agreed. I own a construction business and if I do work for a customer and we agree on a price I can't charge them triple the agreement That takes some giant balls to charge someone for something you allegedly fixed previously, after another dentist worked on it prior, then give me a deal of some sort then take it back. Text is tough to explain so I apologize for errors but I'm pretty disappointed in Nick and Laura. Not very impressive local business owners. The business was handed to you on a golden platter you could give back to the community it wouldn't hurt you. To know my family so long and play games with money like that over a simple error is pretty low. You must need the money is the only thing I can think of. If it bothered you so much then tell me upfront or charge me $50 or let me know in the future you will be charging me. Either way I will find someone else obviously. I mean why would I feel comfortable with you digging in my mouth after tripling my charge? Lol. You purposely ruined any future business with me like that....
