From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with kindness and compassion. Being hurt and unsure of what was going on is stressful, but they made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. They took the time to evaluate me thoroughly, including doing X-rays, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. Everyone was warm, professional, and patient, which made such a difference during a painful and stressful time. It's rare to find a place where people make you feel seen and cared for, but that's exactly how my experience felt here. Thank you to the team at 417 Spine for your kindness and excellent care. The Physical Therapist who work there have your best interest in mind and they always take your well being and future personally. Their end goal never seems to be the bottom dollar but instead, that you will be pain free, able to walk or throw....to succeed after surgery or whatever ailment made you come to them. The facility is VERY clean and in this day of COVID scare, an attendant is there wiping down and sanitizing every piece of equipment you utilize. Staff slept during shifts, damaged personal property (even that attached to physical body) and then Sutton pulled 24/7 care with 2 days notice. 2 days not 2 weeks! One aide even accused patient of being a perv. Thank God for cameras as I determined not the case. Brooke is nice, but clueless. Same for Paula who is disorganized and dishonest. Julie was always nice and pleasant. Sean, well he's ..... so beware. I asked for "in writing" when and why they cancelled services (I have verbal but want it in writing). They will not give it. To future aides- don't sign the non compete or if you do make sure they compensate you well for signing it. They like to prevent their employees from making a living but cut their hours as they see fit.
