The staff is incredibly knowledgeable in child development and have set up a caring and loving environment for children and families. My sons first teacher was Ms. Catherine in the young infant room and we could not have loved her more. She would shower him in kisses every morning when we got there and every day before he left. The I side of the school is equally as awesome as the staff. It is bright and colorful and filled with wonderful toys, activities, books, and learning centers. And how about the outside area! There is fun pirate themed play equipment in the older child area and then two other age appropriate outside areas for the little ones. My older son has also spent some time there when his elementary school is out and he too has loved his time there. They have age appropriate and fun activities for 5 and 6 year olds. I would definitely recommend this school to any of my friends and family.

The investigator substantiated the allegations but the School Director has not moved the teacher out of the classroom or fired her. There is zero supervision, accountability, or technology to keep an eye on these so-called child care providers. DO NOT send your children here for their own safety.

I have NEVER been asked for a cash payment and have always paid with my debit card. I've even been late on some payments and not one time has anyone ever given me any flack for it "Oh, just pay it next week/as soon as you can!" Everyone here is so friendly and kind, I feel such a connection with the teachers and my son talks non-stop about both his teachers and all of his new friends. His last school would ridicule him and me for my attachment parenting methods, but everyone at this school has been incredibly supportive. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better place for my little one.

What do they say about people that wont except Debit card purchases or any other form of payment, SCAM ARTIST! There good people but the office staff are a bunch of crooks and judgmental, I'd rather send my kids to home care than these people! Feel free to email me and ill show all documentation!

Our family has been part of the Goddard of South Tampa community since the school first opened…read moretheir doors in November 2020. My oldest graduated from the pre-k program two years ago and my youngest graduates this May. We have made so many wonderful memories at Goddard over the past five years and I have so many positive comments about this amazing school! The three-story building is absolutely stunning!!! Each floor has their own private outdoor playground and the second and third floor have indoor gyms that are used for recess, book fairs, and special events. I feel that it is so crucial to have an indoor play space for inclement weather and am grateful that the children are able to play and exercise every day. The clean and modern classrooms are stocked with the newest toys, books, and learning materials. Each preschool teacher is provided with flatscreen televisions so that they can utilize educational videos that relate to the weekly lessons. My son's class just finished learning the alphabet and now is working on sight words so he will be ready to succeed in kindergarten. We have had so many kind and caring teachers over the past five years including Ms. Jasmine, Ms. Lindsay, Ms. Shinese, Ms. Brenda, Ms. Liza and Ms. Trish. These teachers have made my sons into smart, sweet, and respectful little boys! While there has been some turnover in teachers, it has only been the teacher's assistants and not the main teachers of the classrooms. During the transition the school has done an amazing job of filling any open spots with the students' previous teachers and teacher assistants so that the children are always surrounded by a familiar face. We are going to miss so many teachers and staff members who we have gotten to know over the past five years. I will also miss so many of the Goddard's annual events, including: Parent's Night Out (because all parents deserve a date night or night off!), lunch with your littles, Family Food Truck Fridays, Trunk-or-Treat, splash Fridays during the summer, the annual Jack Hartmann concerts, and the annual Easter Egg Hunt.

I am attaching this email to show the seriousness of a short lived time for our daughter at this school. We were on a multi year wait list to get in and were excited to open a new chapter for our daughter. For them to say, "Our programs are designed to nurture each child's curiosity in a safe and caring environment." really doesn't sound accurate to me. If you want to respond to this review, you can keep your corporate 1-800 # because we have learned to not trust Goddard. Sometimes changing a policy isn't a bad thing. We are relieved to have found a place of care where they actually understand what the words "nurturing and safe" truly mean.

We toured the school shortly after relocating to Tampa Palms and immediately felt comfortable. Many of the teachers, especially in the rooms of the youngest children, have been with the school for a very long time. They treat your children as if they were their own. They challenge them, they support them, they teach them, and they allow them to be children. The curriculum is dynamic and feedback is consistently provided to help us to extend the learning outside the classroom. From a value perspective, the pricing is extremely competitive and affordable. When the new owners took over, they spent significant funds to improve the facilities. They upgraded the entire outdoor area to make it more usable year round, especially during rainy season. The Fitzpatricks did this because they knew it would be a better product and a better environment for our children. Tuition didn't increase a penny, despite the large capital improvement. The owners and leadership team work closely with outside vendors to make sure that the extracurricular programs offered to our students are competitively priced and from reputable companies. My son loves that he is able to participate in gymnastics, soccer, drama, and soon will be joining in on karate. He wouldn't have the opportunity to be exposed to such a wide variety of programs without Primrose. In terms of responsiveness, we've never seen a parent's request or small complaint go without answer and remediation. The school does an excellent job communicating with all parents. No school of infants to Pre-K students will ever be completely free of germs, but should a student bring an infection into school, there is immediate communication to parents, and steps are taken to ensure that any potential spread is minimized. I travel for work most weeks and my wife also works full time. Neither of us would be able to have the peace of mind and ability to focus on our careers that we do without the amazing environment and experience provided by both Primrose and its owners, The Fitzpatricks. We know that our son is in good hands and is surrounded by friends, teachers, and administrators who care about his safety, well-being, education, and growth. When you enroll in Primrose, you gain an extension of your family. Teachers become aunts and uncles who check in on your child long after they move on from their classroom. The support staff and administrators go out of their way to make you feel informed and included, and they make sure to give every student attention. A building full of infants and toddlers has the potential to be a very chaotic place, but somehow the group at Primrose Tampa Palms finds a way to provide a calm, inclusive, and supportive environment for all of us. A child's education and development is one of the most important investments you can make, especially in these early years. If we had to make the choice again, we'd choose Primrose every time.
