The crew that they have on staff at this time seems in adequate and on educated about the procedures required to perform an oil change in the 15 minutes that Valvoline states it should take. I would not recommend coming here unless you have half a day to get an oil change. The staff, as I said, seems completely inadequate for the services that you're looking for. My experience has been that the staff even asked me what kind of oil my vehicle took, that the dipstick was difficult to return back into the dipstick tube, and if I knew the type of oil filter required for my vehicle. I knew we could not get to work next morning or any other place with that bad of a flat. I have an air compressor in my garage and started to inflate the tire. Once inflated, I drove to Walmart and by the I got there it was utterly flat again. Why did I choose Walmart Auto Care to take care of this problem? Simple they were the only ones that were open in town on a Sunday. I walked in and there were two other people in the auto care center waiting to be helped. After the guy started having their vehicles taken care of, I told him about my problem. I told him about the flat, and the fact I may need at least one new tire. He went to look at my vehicle to confirm and he said yes you definitely need that one, he checked the other tires and found another one was damaged and needed replacing... it just wasn't as bad as the other one. Yay! More money! In the end it wasn't that bad of a cost considering, still it was an unexpected expense during the holidays. While they were changing my tires, I did some needed grocery shopping, so it is not like I wasted my time waiting. In the end, I was thankful Walmart Auto Care Center was open on a Sunday, and allowed me the convenience to get my grocery shopping done while my problem was taken care of.
